They proudly serve expired, spoiled frozen yogurt and don’t care if they make anyone ill. No attempts to remedy the situation.

I slept on leaving this review, but what made me finally do it is that HOPEFULLY it will save one person from getting seriously ill/harmed. The idea of this place is good. It's similar to Koala berry, and walking in, it looks cute. Like a little shabby/country/chic. Then you realize that you're in a shop full of kids eating frozen yogurt, and yet over half of the toppings don't have serving spoons in them. So that means they either used their fingers or their personal spoon, just mixing everything. It's just gross. The chance of allergic reaction or just plain germs is so high, I have no idea how they're allowed to be open.

Went in 3/8/24 and it was being ran by 2, what looked to be, 15 year olds. 3 of the machines weren’t working and they were sitting chatting with a group of friends at the register. When I brought it to their attention they had no idea what to do and the girl just said “idk I’ll put it in the group chat.” I should’ve left at this point but had a good experience prior so decided to buy some anyways. Went to go to the register to pay and had to interrupt the workers chatting with their friends to get them to check me out. Not returning.

Extremely rude staff to my daughter. My daughter went out with her friends and when she came back she was extremely sad that the ice cream shop didn’t treat her nicely. All customers are the same if you don’t know how to treat them right please close this shop or hire new staff.

Only one of two places to get my favorite dessert n the area. They have a great selection of toppings. I wish they had a larger selection of flavors. Friendly service is a plus. I

This place is a health hazard!!! No utensils for toppings and you're supposed to use plastic spoons that are available in a dirty bin? I grabbed a new spoon every time but every other person I saw used the same spoon when switching between toppings! How on earth is this allowed?

Our first time coming and overall the place was clean. I’m not sure if the employee was by herself but a lot of stuff was out or not working. We only had 4 flavors to choose from for frozen yogurt. I wanted to top mine with marshmallow crème and pb but both were out and the girl just watched me trying to pour some out and didn’t say anything. Like oh I’m sorry it’s out or let me fill that one. So for 3 frozen yogurts I spent $25 and they weren’t even half full. Then my daughter wanted to try a boba. She asked for strawberry everything lol. But as soon as we took a sip it wasn’t cold and it tasted like mango. Ended up pitching it cause it upset her stomach. I won’t write this place off as it was our only time going and the employee was nice. This will definitely be a once in a while treat for the price I paid.

Amazing small town feel fro yo shop with ice cream. They have tons of delicious flavors and are really sweet and accommodating! They always weigh my toddlers cone and let her start eating while I am still making mine. Super clean really classy establishment- we live in Michigan and it’s well worth the drive
