Let me begin with the caveat. I grew up in the Chicago area. With this in mind, Marcos is an upscale Dominos or Little Cesar. The Doug lacks the density or saltiness I grew up loving in my hand tosses or Chicago style deep dish.Personal peeves and bias aside, the staff was super friendly and accommodating for some of our special requests. When we asked and paid for extra cheese, we all felt like there was indeed extra cheese on the pizza. This is HUGE! While, in my opinion the pizza could have used a little extra sauce, the pizza was fresh and hot, and the pepperoni had a really nice flavor with just a little heat. Nothing a bit of red pepper can't fix. ?Despite this pizza not being my favorite, (I was spoiled) it is a good value for the money. My personal highlight was getting the cinnamon pizza bread instead of the cheesy garlic bread. The cinamon was aromatic with enough sweetness to be a lovely desert.We will be back.

I love Marco’s, but this particular one is never good. There’s always too much cheese, and never enough sauce, so I decided to get light cheese. This is what my pizza looks like as a result. I didn’t know light cheese means three little sprinkles, meanwhile if I get regular cheese I’m choking on how much they put on.

Went to pick up food. Pulled in drive through was told 5-10 more minutes and to pull around. When I came back around it had been 10 minutes. The manager Ryan said he would go get my food and left me at the window for 30 minutes. When I finally got my food it was luke warm at best. Nate went to get the manager and it turned out to be the man Ryan that left me sitting at the window 30 minutes prior. When we tried to explain the situation pf my food not even being warm and waiting he said he won't be spoken to that way and shut the window. The customer service is terrible. I've been told my order will be refunded but it never was. The app is also completely wrong because the promised time is never close to when you get your food.

We’ve been ordering from here for 4 years and it’s always been our go to. Never had any issues. But thethe last 2-3 months have been consistently bad experiences. Every order has taken over 45 minutes, 3 times have taken over an hour to arrive. Extra sauces are consistently forgotten. Pizza is old when it gets here. Prices have gone up. New website is awful. After many chances this is the last time we’re ordering from here
