Staff lied to me about there shake machine being down simply because they didn't want to make the shake the way I asked. I worked here before and if some food falls on the floor they will pick it back up quickly and still serve it. Very disgusting and poorly ran.

I give this place five stars because of its location and the conveniences. It is a great stop before you hit Binghamton or after you hit Bingham... depending on your direction of travel. It's very easy to get off, pull into that McDonald's where you can get gas, use a clean restroom and order some McDonald's or you can pick up anything else that you need in the convenience store that's also attached. It's just a really good rest stop along I86.

Online ordering, deals discounts, etc. NOT AVAILABLE at this location. That was a big deal breaker for me. With the economy the way it is these days I depend on discounts and special deals to keep prices down. Other than this one BIG issue this is a typical McDonalds. It appeared very clean, the staff was very friendly and efficient. The food seemed fresh.Kid-friendliness: As is common with most McDonalds. It is a very kid friendly place.

Me and my husband went to grab some food and we weren't able to get any help whatsoever. We waited for one of the people working there to come and take my order after 12 minutes of no help we went and placed our order at the kiosk when the food was ready not only they made the food wrong but they were also very rude very unprofessional. McDonalds do better
