last year price was a littleover $10.00 without any sides or drink for a plate size meal which was all dried out. This year for same meal it was $11.30 and servings are much smaller. You got me this time but not anymore.

Teriyaki chicken was very fatty and the Teriyaki sauce was very salty.Orange chicken was spicier than it's ever been there before.

Orange chicken was so overcooked that the chicken was like jerky. The outer coating was so hard that it broke my fork 2x! The honey sesame chicken had so much peppers in it, it filled half of the box. Very unsatisfied, we did not have enough dinner to go around for everyone.

I appreciated the fresh food. While eating I noticed a crew member taking temperatures of each food. Just from observation It seemed communication what smoothie between crew members and the lovely lady who I can only assume was the manager. The professionalism from one of the crew on a customer had a question about her food in the line in front of me was impressive. I appreciate it I'm taking the time to explain to me the sizes and the entrees and what was included since I don't live locally and this is only the second time I've been to a Panda Express. Even my boyfriend who tends to be picky was impressed with the freshness of the food similar to a restaurant setting.

Last time I ordered from Panda Express (not this location) the food was okay but a bit dry tasting. I was hoping after a few years and a new location things might have improved but in this case, they did not.Placed an online order for pickup. Came in not even 5 minutes after placing our order to find out it was handed to a door dash driver for delivery. Not sure how that was possible given the order was placed on their website and no address was provided for delivery.After working with the associate to show proof of purchase (in multiple forms), he was able to remake our food and I was thankful for that. The staff themselves were actually great to deal with, it's just unfortunate the processes/policies they are held to, limit their potential for maximizing customer service.Food wise, I can't say it was impressive enough to write home about, but it was a little better than the last time I had Panda Express. Chicken was great, peppers were fresh, the rice was okay, but the noodles were very dry. Mostly likely from sitting out so long.All that said, there is a lot of room for improvement with the Panda Express brand (not necessarily just this particular franchise). Local Chinese restaurants not only offer a better value and service, but I've never run into any issues with my orders... Pickup or delivery.

We ate here during our trip to Northern Michigan. My sister had chicken with vegetables and I had Szechuan chicken. I was warned that it was spicy while choosing. I also had a shrimp egg roll. My food was fresh and delicious, maybe not spicy enough for me. My sister was well satisfied with her meal. The server was very upbeat and friendly.
