I understand if there is one person that is working they really should not have the buffet or even be open. All it causes is a hostel environment and dissatisfied customers. I am never returning here. It don't matter what is going on you still need to treat customers with respect.

I never really complain but I ordered food from here through curbside. The young man with glasses and kinda long hair brought me my food didn’t even let me get my window all the way down before he push the food in the window and almost made me drop it everywhere. He acted like I was interrupting him doing something. I then watched him go and sit on the counter and play on his phone.

HORRIBLE. waited for 15 minutes in front of the register before anyone walked up and asked what I needed. I waited over 45 minutes for something that was supposed to be done in 20. The place is FILTHY take a look at the register when you walk in and believe me, you'll regret your order...

Went for the buffet, and they had a sign saying not to ask for requests, and they would make pizzas in the order on the list. The whole time we were there, they did not make pepperoni once, and we were there for a while, hoping they would. We didn't ask because the sign said not to. We actually left hungry from a 10.00 buffet because they kept making all kinds of weird pizzas, but never any pepperoni. I mean, come on, I worked in pizza in high-school, pepperoni and cheese are the 2 most common pizzas. They brought out the cheese, and according to the last, pepperoni should have been next. Rather, they brought out things like a veggie, or sausage and pepperoni, or Hawaiian, no Pepperoni. And the pasta was never filled either. I'm very disappointed.

Went for the lunch buffet on a Friday. It was mildly busy with seemingly only two employees working the store (although there may have been a 3rd working in the back somewhere). Service was understandably a little slow but thanks to it being a buffet, it wasn't a huge deal. They were a little slow at bringing out a fresh pie after one had been eaten, but there was at least always something available.Plastic silverware, napkins, and packets of parmesan and red pepper flakes were available on top of the buffet, along with plates in their expected place. They have a "pizza buffet rotation menu" posted. This included all the usual suspects from cheese and pepperoni, to supreme and meat lovers all with various crust options (minus stuffed crust). There's also pasta, bread sticks, cinnamon sticks, and marinara dipping sauce. Sadly no icing for the cinnamon sticks. There is also no salad bar at this location. One of the employees would occasionally walk through the dining room to collect dirty plates and refill drinks, although if you desperately need a refill, you might want to walk up to the counter. To me it feels like the store was initially designed for table service but due to staffing shortages (or just wanting to save a buck) they can't provide that full experience. It would work better if there was a soda fountain in the dining room and somewhere for customers to return the dirty plates. Right now it seems to be in an awkward place with the service. The employees were friendly and seemed to be trying their best though. Shout-out to those guys!Upon leaving you have to pay at the counter. They give you a receipt stub when you enter.Overall I'm glad to see the buffet back. Great for those times when you want to eat an uncomfortable amount of pizza or have a variety.Buffet Details:11:30-1:30 m - fnoon - 1:30 SaturdayNo buffet SundayRotating menu of pizzas, no requests outside the rotation.$10/personParking: No bike rack at this location

Looks like they ran it threw a heat press then proceeded to say it was cooked. Put it in the box looking like a wall full of crispy black wonderfulness. I’m very disappointed with how burnt this pizza came to be. Idk what y’all were doing in the kitchen but yalll need to get to work and start practicing more. We are a few pieces and started gagging

the comments in the reviews here are indicative of the worst service ever. The ones who are positive are actually comments the staff have asked friends to write. I know this for a fact. We are so desperate for employees to show up to work these days that all you need for a job requirement is a pulse. Such a shame what this location put out believing it is a product. If you want a real pizza hut experience go see Karen and her team at the one on Secor. But skip the buffet wherever you go unless you eat your money's worth. 9.99 without a drink for cold food is not a deal. The deep dish on secor is excellent. The one in Lambertville is nice and they even clean their restaurant. There is one in Lexington Ky that is worth the walk if you can't hop a ride. I'd do that before walking two feet to this future shut down!

Food was so so! Not a lot of different pizza to choose from on the buffet. Food was Luke warm. Young man there was busting his behind taking care of customer tables, ordering and checking people out.

Tried to place an order for carryout. Brian answered phone. Took my number, and replied based on your last order we will not be able to fulfill your order. Wait? What? I have not even told you what I want yet. He said we don't have personal pans right now. I said that is fine the last one I got was not good. He interrupted me, I could not tell him it was undercooked and barely had any sauce on only 2 peppers on the entire pizza. He simply said "O, you must have had Covid or something, that it did not taste good" Seriously?! First time I have heard this, won't ever be back. Told him I did not have covid and to nevermind. He seemed fine with it and hung up. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BRIAN!!!!
