“Wow... they really fixed this place up! The owner in a young guy with a talent for creating delicious Thai food. I ended up getting the Thai tea, pork gyoza with scallop pearls and tempura shrimp. It was fantastic! Sadly, I waited a while to eat them and they got cold and soft, but they were still amazing. The pictures don't do them justice in any way.The location is clean and has a wonderful environment. Relaxing, easy on the eyes. Nice cozy chairs. Spacious and well decorated. Everyone is super friendly, It's my Pho family when I arrive. Awesome job and great food, thank you so much for having me.“
“I can not emphasize how amazing this place is! I have never had a spring roll that was that crispy and flavorful! I ordered rice to go, and it was absolutely phenomenal. The vegetarian pho was excellent as well! The owner came out to speak to us, which is rare. She was very polite, and you could taste her love and passion for cooking in the food, which is very refreshing in a time of such low quality, and ZERO integrity at restaurants these days. The service was outstanding ?? Congratulations, Kay, on being so awesome. I live an hour away, and I will definitely be back weekly! Thank you for the great experience ?“
“ATMOSPHERE - Quiet, relaxed. No one is in your business, you choose where to sit. Very little art and décor, but honestly not a negative at all, just aesthetically would improve it.Service - Relaxed, you pay up front and choose your table. They will bring you your food, but outside of that, that's about it. Nothing wrong with this as you can just help yourself really to what you might need for your meal. The only "complaint" that I would have about the service, and it's not really a complaint as most adults *should* be able to pour their soup into a to-go container, but it's a pretty big bowl and if you have a lot of food, you very well might just spill it all over yourself or your table. They should do the to go for you, or at least offer you a ladle or something to make it easier. I would not recommend letting your child pour their own to go at all.FOOD - Amazing Pho, some of the best I've had. This might be the best pho in toledo to be honest, it's incredible and you get a great amount. It comes mixed, but they do give you some garnishes and bean sprouts to put in yourself. Flavor is OUT OF THIS WORLD, I was very very happy. Very aromatic and just overall astoundingly good pho. Noodles weren't too cooked or undercooked, they were perfect, and the meat WAS INSANE!!!!!!I got the Beef Ribeye pho, the meat was basically just eating steak in your pho, it was rare and you can actually taste the quality of the meat itself outside of the seasoning which is outstanding. The mix of flavor alone in just one meat bite is enough for me to go back indefinitely, the rest of the pho was just as good, but that meat was just insane. This is hands down my favorite Pho place, if you like Pho you will LOVE this Pho. This is a great review, outside of the to go situation, which I also think they'd be more than glad to help you with as well.Give this place your money. You will NOT be disappointed.9.5/10“
“I've waited way to long to try this place and it was worth it.I had the braised pork and shrimp Hu Tieu . This soup is garnished with sliced onions, scallions, and cilantro with a side of fresh bean sprouts, sweet Thai basil, and chili soy sauce. Packs such a flavorful medley. I don't know how one can make a soup so rich yet light at the same time.i also had the Tempura Calamari which was plentiful and had nice crunch. Good but not the star of the show anyway.Pho Vietnam is another Toledo gem.You deserve a meal here and this locally-owned mom&pop business deserves your a chance grab your taste buds attention. Small dining room and limited dining hours get there early.“
“Have been going here the last couple months since they opened and love it, we have been trying different things and have enjoyed everything we have tried. The ramen is rich and has lots of layers of flavor, I've liked each one I tried, but especially liked the black garlic ramen. The pho is savory and well balanced. The stir fried udon noodles have the right texture and chew to them. The tatsuda age is crispy and the fried basil adds a great texture and flavor. They have a homemade chili oil in the tables that is really good condiment to add, not very spicy. The papaya salad is bright, herby and fresh. The bubble teas are made to order and are good as well. Overall I think the good is fresh and executed well, I recommend trying it, the staff is really kind and helpful if you have questions. Also, if you order ramen or pho to go, they separate the ingredients so you can assemble at home which keeps everything fresh.“
