7:38pm and they're doors are locked. No signage, no notifications. Some of us have hearing impairments and cannot use the drive thru and there are those of us who have a difficult time in walking... so getting around is challenging. Wasting energy and risking injury for NOTHING isn't something I like to do.Absolute awful business practices.

I love Wendy's Strawberry Lemonade. That simple. This week I have popped by the drive thru and inside several times. Today I had a delightful moment between another customer and a gentleman cashier in which we shared a great moment of kindness. I will most definitely be back and highly recommend this location. Great & caring staff♡♡♡

Food is hot and fresh each time we order from here. Customer service is good as well. Nothing more or less out of normal customer service. You have to try the grilled chicken wrap. It’s really the only thing I get from here but it’s truly the best. My husband recommends the crispy chicken

This place is outstanding in every way. The place is spotless, food is delicious, service is fast and accurate. The crew people are all wonderful. Wade the manager is the best. He is a hard working, dedicated, kind, sweet guy, with a heart of gold. I rate this store, 10 GOLD STARS!!!!!
The drive thru line had about 10 cars backed up. I decided to go inside to order. I had to wait at least 5 minutes for them to take my order. After placing my order, I saw the sandwich come up in minutes and sit there. Finally I see the employee place it in a bag and under a heat lamp. She then advised me they were waiting on fries. I had seen her drop the frozen fries in the oil just before she let me know. 3-5 minutes later, I got my fries. All in all, I would say it was 10-15 minutes for my order from start to finish as they concentrated on filling drive thru orders first. They also seemed extremely short of staff, I believe there were only 4 people working that included the manager. I understand being shorthanded, a simple explanation would have worked wonders as well as an acknowledgment of the person before me and myself waiting in line by stating we will be with you in a moment, thank you! This would have gone a long way to helping make a ok experience to a much better one.

My husband and I have gone here the last 2 mornings and both times there has been a man there named Ted. He is incredibly kind, helpful and fun to talk to.We tried the new Vanilla Frosty Cream Cold Brew. It's delicious!!!!!!!
