They are never open and when they are they don't seem to be very nice. I'm not sure what happen to customer service but businesses like this are making it hard for some of the others to keep in business. I remember when burgerking used to be an enjoyable place to go but more and more it's becoming less and less. So sad and unfortunate.

This burger king is STRANGE, You never know when it will be open. Also, I've tried to drive thru and there was no one in the restuarant to take my order. I think this burger king needs to be under new ownership!

Why are we saddled with this as being our closest Burger King in the area? The overgrown trees, the slow service, the sloppy put together burgers. I hate they keep closing the BKs that matter to us yet keep this one alive.

I don't know if it's just been coincidence or what but I've been here 3 times in the past 4 months and each time it tastes like someone doesn't know how to get a grill going without pouring a whole bottle of lighter fluid on the coals. All three times, I got the burger with a great smell and taste upfront, but after I've gotten about halfway through a burger all I can taste is lighter fluid. It's made me nauseous for several hours each time yet I go back because I know it could be better and hope for the best, but leave disappointed.

So I don't usually by fast food much any more but I had a crazy this particular evening. My boyfriend and I places an online order and in that we ordered two shakes. When we got there to pick up our order, they said they didn't have the shakes because they didn't have the machine. We felt so bad for them, they said this sort of thing happens too many times and it's not their fault since the online ordering isn't location specific. But they were sorry for the inconvenience and said we could choose something of the same value. It was a great customer service experience, and they ended up giving us an extra order of mozzarella sticks ☺️ Thanks BB King in Pickerington, you're the best!

Not really feeling the love from the king anymore. Food wasn't rite or hot. Service wasn't friendly or warm. Drinks where good...and they know how to wear masks. Thats what made this a 3 star not a 2...gotta give props

I've always liked going to this one but tonight wS not there night. Got over charged and when I pointed out to them they seem to get upset. Then after I got home I saw where I was over charged again.

I was just there and went thru the drive thru. I paid for double whopper with fries but received a single. I went back, they were very nice and apologized. Also both whoppers were well put together. Like commercial ready.

I thought I loved Burger King but....Burnt/dry chicken sandwich not to mention a 2 for 5 should not just come with 1. Unprofessional!
