DQ grill and chill...... I had to chill for 25 minutes before I got anything off their grill. 8 people working and 2 of them were managers. Or atleast I assume the one older lasy is. She didn't do anything but talk the whole time I was waiting.

It always smells funny whenever you enter one of these businesses. I’m not sure why. Staff is nice and the blizzards and ice cream are pretty good. Food could be way better IMO.

Every time I order from this dairy Queen they get my order wrong.Would not be so bad if supervisor / manager would lose the attitude.Need a adult supervisor instead of a high school student I order a coney dog meal and got a fish sandwich, I am allergic to sea food and thank God I did not bite into sandwich thinking it was chicken.Could of killed me.

Good desserts, just sometimes their blizzard machine doesn't get the ice cream as cold as it should so the blizzards can end up a bit too soft and a bit soupy if you get them to go...

Ordered a salad, pretzel sticks w/ queso & a small sprite at the drive through. They messed up and gave me a fry instead & when I asked for the sprite I ordered they wanted to re-run my card. When I go to eat my food, there was no queso for my pretzel sticks & there was a hair in my salad. Been here before & never had any issues.. don’t know what the problem was this time. I was also the only car in line so they weren’t busy.

I usually use the drive thru and have never had a problem. My order is always hot and accurate. I know people complain about the slow service but keep in mind this isn't a fast food place that makes batches of sandwiches and keeps them under a warmer. Your burger and fries are made to order. I think it's great they support the local youth not only by hiring them but also supporting their sports teams. Thanks for being a part of the community DQ!
