Poor poor management and horrible service!!! Put order online over an hour and half before wife had to wait in lobby for 20 min for it to be made and they forgot some items. Would NOT recommend this location and the district manager was unprofessional and in apologetic for making my wife wait for the order to be made or the missing items

We haven't ordered from here in quite some time, I went in and ordered a time order for later in the evening, the young man at the counter was very nice. He was unsure on how to place a timed order, but a young lady stepped in, was very professional and patient with him. We had one of our best experiences.. the food was delivered in a timely manner and it was still blazing hot.. the food was correct and the driver was very kind.. would definitely recommend to family and friends.. thank you for a great experienceKid-friendliness: My grandson was with me one of the workers was corresponding with him, you can tell they value their guests

They are literally 7 minutes away and wouldn't deliver, transferred me to the gender road which wouldn't deliver (11 minutes away) and they transferred me back. Called another, same thing, call Hill they are the store you need to call. Now Hill road won't even answer.

Do not order late from this dominos you will wait 2 + hours just for them to not deliver your pizza, i ordered at 8:30 last night was waiting til 10:40 and it had finally said delivered just for me to go outside and see that my pizza wasn't there tried calling them and of course they didn't answer just let my phone call ring and ring so I had to go through this whole ordeal online just to get my money back horrible place do not order from here
I don't know how this place is still in business. I decided to give them another try and either the store is horribly managed or the staff is horribly trained, but they literally screw up every order. I ordered delivery and the girl couldn't find my address, so instead of calling me Just took my food back to the store and marked it as delivered.Literally the easiest job on the planet and they can't even get that right. This place needs new management or shut down.

It rang until it finally hung up. When the driver finally arrived I asked why I could not get through to the store. He explained that their phones no longer ring and everything goes through the call center. Do not waste your time or money order from Domino's.

Worst I’ve ever been to, I ordered curbside pickup. When I got there I had about 5 minute wait before it was supposed to be done. After 5 minutes I hit on the app that I was thereWatching the app say that the tracker had started and my pizza was finished, 2 minutes go by and the app says I get a FREE pizza during next visit since they didn’t bring my pizza out.No problem I’ll wait for them to bring it out, tic toc tic toc tic toc tic toc 5 minutes later tic toc tic toc tic toc 5 more minutes later tic toc tic toc tic toc tic toc 5 more minutes later now a total of 15 minutes had gone by, so I go in to see where my pizza was.The guy at the counter said how can I help you, I said I have a curbside order which was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago and I would like to find out where it’s at. He begins to give me some attitude, a girl quickly came over asking me what my order was as she gave the guy the go take a break look.I told her same thing I told him, now all this time I’m very calm I understand how things can get backed up, she checked on my pizza and said it will be ready in 2 minutes. I give her the thumbs ?.10 minutes later I get her attention and she goes back and get a pizza and hands it to me. I said thank you and she didn’t even apologize.I get home open up the box expecting a thin crust square cut pep. Well needless to say that’s not what I got.I figure well I’m really hungry so I take a bite of the worst pizza ? I’ve ever eaten. I threw the whole thing away.This is my first 1 star review and I really hope it’s my last.Dominoes on 256 in the Kroger shopping center, not a place to give your money to.

This is how I received my pasta the other night. That is a bird feather, that is absolutely disgusting. I also asked for extra sauce on the side and they gave me marinara instead of Alfredo. Nobody knows how to answer the phone either. Before going in (which I asked if their phones were down when I got there and they said yes) after receiving a bird feather in my food I called cooperate and the lady said their phones are working perfectly fine. They need a whole new staff, this is ridiculous
