I've had this place twice now. I enjoy it very much. The ginger sauce just gets to me and the steak is tender I get all the veggies because I'm trying to be healthy. The service is always great. Always go through DoorDash as far as ambience goes well I eat at home so it is very cozy.

Loved the one on Main Street in Reynoldsburg but this one has something missing. Doesn't have the flavor. Salty shimp. Sauce was runny and tasteless. No punch. Won't go back.

Use to really enjoy GenjiGo, but the order we got tonight was way below par. No teriyaki taste anymore, just generic chicken and steak with WAY TOO MUCH pepper. It's pretty generic and while not bad, it's not what we loved about GenjiGo. Fairly disappointed.Don't know if it's an issue with just this location, or if they made a change to how they prepare their proteins, but whatever this is, for us, is not something we'll soon be returning for.

simple place. First time trying & glad I did. Very good. But, 9nky thing is its very one note. It needed a little kick of spice. I got the three meat, combined rice & all veggies, $19. My guess got 2 meats & 2 veggies $14. Plus twodrinks & eat in, less than $40. Certainly would eat again. I'd have to bring me some chili sauce though.

This place was terrible. The worst hibachi I have ever had in my life. It tasted like a fart and I forced myself to eat it. I still only took a few bites and left a lot because it honestly that terrible. The rice is weird, the seasoning they put on it threw the whole meal off. Steak was weird as well. I tried drowning my whole meal in the yum yum sauce but that didn't work either because the yum yum is watery. Will NOT be coming here again.

I have been going to Genji for 25 years. I had the BEST food here 3 days ago since the OG brice rd location closed.The flavors were outstanding and they're now making it fresh to order!! If you had gone to this location in the past like I had and was disappointed, its worth going back now! They made awesome improvements and picked the best staff ever.
This is the 3rd time I got uncooked meat from this GENJIGO. Thankfully it was steak not chicken. The order was ready 3 minutes after I sat down so I assumed they already had it cooked. I guess they just didn’t cook it. The rice has went downhill as well. The 20% off coupon to get return customers wouldn’t be needed if the workers cared.
