I’m not normally one to complain, and I will preface by saying I worked in the service industry for 5 years in college/graduate school so I understand that things happen. However, we have given this place several tries, as we like to support local places and live here in Pickerington. Every time they have missed the mark on several things, and after this last experience, it will be the last. They can never seem to keep up with the (smaller) amount of tables they have, there is always a long wait because the service is so slow. Then, when you are finally seated, prepare to wait another hour (or more for your food), “no more coffee” to warm up the coffee that was served cold, “out of milk” to refill our daughters drink, no apology for the terrible service or for being out of everything and the wait on everything. If you ask for something you need for your food, (hot sauce, syrup, even a refill for that matter) prepare to wait another 20 mins while the server does everything else before bringing it to you, for the food you already waited an hour for. In summary, customer service is beyond terrible. Don’t waste your time (or money). Honestly mind blowing how bad the customer service is and how it is ran.. a let down time after time.

Awful - no coffee - no milk for kids - service was abysmal and zero attempt to apologize or remedy the situation. Over the hour it took to get served, watched at least a dozen groups walk out not being able to be seated or severed. Sadly this was our last attempt, we live local and have given this place a shot a few times in hopes it would get better. Best to avoid.

I can remember when this place first opened and the service was spot on, but I just walked out after the lack of service and none of the 2 servers even acknowledged us after 10 minutes. Sorry but I will not be returning and not the place was not packed.

Amazing food, amazing service!!!Updating review to give a little more detail. Tried this place again with my daughter and it's still incredible. Great job all around. The service is impeccable and we were well taken care of. The fried pickles were yummy and the tots are probably the best I've ever tried. Almost addicting with how good they are. We enjoyed our sliders a lot. The Bluto was my favorite and the Winchester was nice although I think it could have used a bit more sauce. Keep up the great! Support local and try this place, it's awesome!

Checked out Hangry for the first time tonight and had a great experience!Ordered wings for an appetizer. Perfectly cooked and clean - no grease.Between the two of us we grabbed four different sliders. All were cooked to perfection.However, the best part of our visit was the service. Our server, Lydia, was just a delightful young woman. Super-friendly, attentive, and a great asset to the their business. Wish we could give her more than 5 stars.Definitely will be back!

Stopped in on Valentine’s Day with my Fiancé just to try a new spot for lunch. Great decision! Chicken wings were perfectly cooked and the house made buffalo sauce is amazing! Didn’t get a photo of them because we were too excited to eat them.Sliders were also just as amazing as they look!We will definitely be back sooner than later!Thank you Nathan for the great service and food!
