I called this location at 6:00 PM on January 6, 2024 and the individual who answered the phone was very rude disrespectful and hung the phone up on me so when I called back to ask why did he hang up the phone he he stated that I was playing around on the phone when I am at work trying to place an order and he proceeds to go back-and-forth with me on the phone being disrespectful, asking me that I want to place an order still no I do not why would I place an order at an establishment where I don’t feel comfortable anymore and he could do something to my food. They need to retrain in customer service.

Placed order on text app for 15% off 90 mins later the manager of the store said we didn't get it. He wasn't paying attention to the conversation he was having with me and seem more interested in playing games with others in the background. Sad no pizza for dinner tonight. Doesn't seem to care if they sell a pizza or not I don't look for the store to be in business too much longer with management like that!

There is a fabulous deal going on with Jets and the Columbus Blue Jackets hockey team. 50% off on only the pizzas the next day when the team scores 2 or more goals. I do online orders for pick up. Note there is NO place online to put in a tip for the kitchen folks. I always tip cash (at a percentage as if there were no discount) when I pick up the pizzas. I asked the last time I went why tipping isn't on the website and the employee said that option was removed from the website. They do 4 kinds of pizza - Detroit, New York, hand tossed and thin (cracker crust).Parking: Lots of space

Ordered the Jet’s Bread with pepperoni and jalapeños side of extra ranch. Everything was hot and delicious and came faster than the estimated time. It was so good. You can’t go wrong with Jet’s Bread and their homemade ranch. Stupid.

I’m officially done going to Jets for good. Every location. We’ve ordered just regular pepperoni pizza, double pepperoni pizza, and TRIPLE pepperoni pizza and it’s always looked the same. Even when they were ADVERTISING triple pepperoni (the triple-roni) we still got the same amount of pepperoni, just for more money lmao. And when we would go back, the manager would say that it was double or triple and would count the pepperoni and say yeah this is double/triple. I'm absolutely HUGE fan of BLT pizza. I'm passing through the area, and I figured I'll give Jets Pizza a chance. First glance looks delicious, but things I would do differently. Put the cheese, tomatoes, and bacon on the crust and then bake it. Once out of the oven slap mayonnaise on it like you're painting a picture with scribbly lines, then place lettuce, and top with pepper. The pizza I got today. I couldn't taste the mayonnaise, looks like it was cooked with the cheese on top and soaked in the crust. I ate most of it, I was looking for a 5 star pizza, got a 3. ?
The four corner Sicilian pizza is always delicious. The wife loves the barbecue pineapple. I love cheese and pepperoni. Nice and crispy with tasty sauce.

I don't know why this Jet's would have bad reviews, I love this place. The deep dish pepperoni is one of my favorite pizzas. The delivery is always pretty reliable and its pretty easy to get online. I've never really been into the establishment, but I know that the delivery is solid and the food is good. Would recommend for a nice casual pizza night.

I've ordered the brownie dessert two different times and both times they have showed up burnt. I don't understand how they keep burning them. I asked them to just send it out uncooked, I'd cook it myself. So I know it won't get burnt. Snd they said they said no they will bake me another one. Hoping this one will show up editable. But their pizza are wonderful.
