I have been to Jimmy John's before so that's pretty much the only thing that was saving it from 2-stars. Anywho, place was empty when I arrived and I stood off to the side while trying to decide my food. Asked a couple nutrition facts questions and got blatant off the wall answers. (Maybe they are not required to know nutrition facts) So I just ordered a simple turkey wrap. The wrap literally lacked everything. Meat, toppings, mustard and mayo... Not a big deal, ate the wrap and just simply made a mental note not to go back.

Called to place an order, the person on the phone was extremely kind and welcoming.When our food arrived everything neatly wrapped. And our delivery person was extremely nice. Our sandwiches definitely did not disappoint.We will be ordering from here going forward.??????

I ordered two subs with extra meat. Paid for it. It gets delivered and NO EXTRA MEAT, THAT I PAID FOR. I call in let them know, even took a picture. Let them know. Young lady say, I will give you credit for the meat. So, call in to place order PATRICK THE MANGER BASICALLY SAID NOT MY PROBLEM. AND I HAVE TO CONTACT OWNER AND THAT COULD TAKE SOME TIME. HE ALWAYS AT THE OTHER STORES. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEHILL RD. LOCATION IS TERRIBLE

I normally don't write bad reviews...I'm not that kind of person. But I only speak the truth and I don't exaggerate. So here's your honest review.I've ordered from this place probably a hundred times over the years, this location exactly. Normally wasn't any problems. EXCEPT for the last three times. So three times ago, I didn't receive my food for over an hour, no call no communication no nothing...and there was no excuse for this. I called and they refused to do anything about it. Which should have been the end of ordering from there for me. But unfortunately, it's the only delivery besides pizza that takes cash still. Which is really sad. Cash is legal tender for all debts, you can't deny it.Two times ago, I received my food quick, but the roast beef was horribly chewy and full of fat. The entire sub. I ate the bread with toppings. Had to throw the meat out. I called, but did they do anything? Nope. Not a "sorry", not a credit, not a we'll remake your food...NOTHING...so that time I said yep I'm done with them.Well we moved, and unfortunately it's the closest location to us now. And I was craving a hunters club bad(double roast beef)...so I ordered a giant so I had enough for later. Now we live a half hour plus away from this location now...so it's not easy to just go and get it replaced. So I get all the way home, mind you I'm deathly sick and that's no joke, and open my sub up and it's ham. Not roast beef. Yet the receipt clearly says hunters club. If you don't know what your sandwiches are, you probably shouldn't be working there. It ain't that hard. There's never any signs on, no lights none of that and it always seems dark and closed. So whoever works there doesn't seem to care about their job or customer service.So do NOT order from this location. It used to be good. It's not anymore. It's a joke and the CEO needs to go in there and figure out what's going on. It's one of the easiest jobs you could ever have.

I've always like ordering from this location. I font order alot but it usually fast and food is good however, last week I ordered my food for delivery. I'm a street over from the place. I ordered at 1:38 and by 2:20 I had to call them asking about my food. They said it would be there shortly. It arrived 20 minutes after that call. They never said sorry nor offered to make it right. Like I said I use to love getting lunch from them but the quality has gone down some and after this last time of waiting. I didn't even get to eat my "lunch" until after work around 8.

Hard to believe you guys stay in business. I think your sandwiches are terrible. Just a lot of hard, think bread and VERY little filling. I never order, but my church does for our quarterly members meetings. It's always a disappointment and I won't even eat your subs anymore.

Ever had that feeling the food here isn't as good as it could be? That the store itself isn't as clean as it could be, or that the staff wasn't as welcoming as they could be? We'll it's probably because it wasn't as good as it could be. I've seen first hand how this store is run, what kind of people manage and prepare the food here. I've witnessed workers pick food off the ground and use it, or be in the back washing dishes, then just throw on gloves to start prep without washing their hands. I've seen them use only cold water for washing dishes, and a bunch of bleach marks all over the tubs they use for holding food. If you take off the nozzles on the soda machine, there's black mold that the workers refuse to clean on a daily basis. The slicer has a thick layer of green old grease that the workers clean with only cold water. The slicer smells like old grease and metal, and I've seen the workers not clean down the machine inbetween slicing different meats. I've seen the manager cuss at his coworkers on the clock, I've seen the GM saying derogatory comments about women that come in to buy food, and I've heard the workers say things like "since when did we start caring about people?" Do yaself a favor and look for literally any other sub place, or even another Jimmy John's in the area, and avoid this one. The people working/managing do not have the decency to try and do the bare minimum in a food service environment.

Ordered a box of 30 sandwiches for a party we were hosting, and it was great. Placed the order online, and picked it up about an hour before the party started. Everything was ready on time, packed up nicely, and the food was good.
