“I’m blown away. I’m so tired of the deep fried sugar laden, meat centric dining options in Pickerington. Don’t even get me started on the pizza obsession. While there’s nothing wrong with those things, we were in desperate need of an option for healthy pick up food, the kind with whole grains, real veggies and delicious sauces. I had a smoothie bowl and a wrap and both were incredibly good. Chock full of real healthy ingredients and super fresh and tasty without being overly sugary or overly salty. Yes there’s a bit of a wait. No it’s not as cheap as smoothie king. But the ingredients are real and fresh and I am absolutely willing to pay a bit more and wait a few minutes longer for that. They also have an order ahead option that I’ll definitely try in the future. So so happy this is here.“

They recently changed their app so I wasn't able to order ahead like I normally do, but they had my smoothie ready practically before I finished paying for it. And it was outstanding. They always take extra care to make sure everything is correct.I was just there earlier today, and they were having a problem with their printer they said, so I was unable to order via the app, and they had to close the lobby, and they drove all of their customers through a single point, the drive-through. Sounds like a recipe for disaster, but they were keeping their cool taken care of everybody as they could, and ensuring that all orders were accurate.We can’t be mad when systems fail, especially when people overcome those obstacles. I found out about this spot about a month ago… I’ve been going everyday to get my tea… I love the employees and I love how they greet you by name as soon as you hit the door… all the women has such calm pleasant energy!! By the way I’ve told a lot of people about this spot. And they love it as well… I’ve been to a few other Herbalife spots and none compared to this one… I drive 20 min from home just to come here… and it’s one closer to my house ??“

As someone who goes to Tropical Smoothie Cafe 3x times a week, I wanted something that could get me through the day, be healthy, AND within a few minutes drive.
