Ordered three pizzas. Two were great and one was like eating dry cardboard. Very disappointed as I wanted the third pizza. ☹️ First time everything was awesome. What happened?

Customer service was not pleasant. Lady at the register didn’t know what she was doing. I was almost charged double the amount of my actual total manager Paul was not pleasant at all never apologized after I expressed my feelings towards the customer service I received.

Thought I was biting on a piece of overcooked crispy crust......turns out it was a shard of metal baked into the pizza. Better ingredients, is it?? ? This is unacceptable, negligent, dangerous, and just utterly disgusting!! Thankfully, I never swallowed it!! Appalling standards Papa J!!!

Something's off about this location. Instead of having a rich pizza aroma inside, it instead smells like a tire shop. The pizza itself is bland and lacks Papa John's signature flavor. My money is better spent at Marco's.

12.22.2023- ordered a couple pizza's and one was over cooked and had to take it back.The manager made it a priority to make a new one quickly with great customer service. Awesome!

Pizza and cinnamon pull aparts were baked fine. Didn’t have any of my sauces I paid for in the boxes though and I had to go back inside and get them. I paid for 3 cups of the cream cheese icing and they gave me these 3 sauce containers filled about a 1/4 of the way

Had to wait 10 minutes standing inside the store because an employee told me my pizza was in the oven still when it was ready and sitting on the rack the whole time. When I finally got them to figure it out they did not attempt to apologize for their error/ my inconvenience. This is on a Sunday night and they are not busy and plenty of staff in store.

Specified no 3rd party delivery because elderly family didn’t understand why their last order was left on porch to get cold. Today, the 3rd party answering service didn’t take note. Order went to door dash and was cancelled. We waited for hours just to be only refunded. Can we all agree one business doesn’t need a plethora of 3rd parties. The elders are so upset it’s sad ?

So at first we were having issues with the Papa Johns app because it said that our order was already picked up. My Dad was anxious so we went ahead and called Papa Johns and a man with a really nice and not angry or mad or miserable sounding voice came on the phone and talked to us nicely that there was a issue currently going on with the app. He then told us right after to drive safe. You know how many times you get that now a days? I’ll tell you what it’s once in a BLUE MOON. Just hearing that me and my Dad were already felt good driving there. When I got there to go pick up my order the guy who was on the phone, his name was Chrismorre, already had my order ready to go and double checked to make sure everything was in there he then said you have a nice night and take care. This guy was unbelievably nice and we need more people like him out on this earth, especially with how miserable working the food industry can be nowadays. Not only that but everyone at this store was focused and doing their part. I noticed that there was new employees since the last time we have been there and it looks like it’s doing way better, the store was very clean and our pizza was very hot and ready. Me and my family enjoyed it very much. If you plan on ordering pizza tonight or for your family this would be the best option, not only that but they are open late. Good luck to Chrismorrre and everyone who works at that store god bless them ?.

Worst papa John's I have ever got food from the manager with red hair fairly young was beyond rude I ordered for deliver after an hour and a half of waiting when it said my hood would be delivered 20-30 minute I decided to call the store no one would answer the phone I then called corporate were they informed me my food had been "delivered" which is hadn't so I drive up to the store and they have my food sitting on the counter with no explanation as to why it was marked as delivered although it was still sitting in their counter refused to then give me my food because I requested a refund and wouldn't give me his name so here is a picture for you all
