We placed an order around 7:45am on a Sunday morning, and it was to be available by 8:15. The four drinks we ordered were not completed until 8:50am. The barista was completing orders for customers walking in rather than what had already been ordered. There should have been additional help and the orders should be fulfilled as they are placed. I can see waiting for 15-20 minutes, but an hour wait is unacceptable.

Located inside pretty much every Kroger's in Columbus Ohio area, and very convenient. Friendly staff and very clean for a grocery store shop within a shop. I was able to get my. daily dose of JOE while I shopped for groceries
