We ordered three butter burgers and three chocolate shakes. These came with fries too. The butter burger is delicious! Very decent burger for the price and a good portion size. The fries are also pretty good. Not too salty and not too thick. A good number of fries comes with the burger. The milkshakes were the highlight though, very chocolatey and silky smooth. Definitely would recommend if you have not tried them before.

Went inside to dine. Young staff was yelling the wildest things I’ve ever heard in a restaurant having fun, and the food was great. If the foods good, they can say whatever they want in the kitchen ??‍♂️??

Call me old fashioned but I was very frustrated that you have switched your company to kiosk only. I understand if it is take out but it was very frustrating to have to do kiosk and I was dining in. What's the point of having staff to wait tables if we have to use the kiosk? I was very disappointed in that decision. I do not like that. I would much rather be able to go to the table. Sit down and have somebody bring me a menu and have them wait on me. That's the whole point of going to restaurants, not to have to do it yourself. Somebody comes to you and takes care of you. That's what I like.I was not very happy the way you guys have changed things around. It doesn't have the same atmosphere It used to have nobody really greeted me when I came into the restaurant and even though your decor is a soda shop theme it did not have the personality or atmosphere it used to have.

I’m doing everything in my power not so call and really say something to someone about our awful meal tonight. Only because if I’ve ever called about a bad meal I’m always respectful but after charging over $22 for two combos and serving such crap that we got tonight I would not be so respectful. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! It’s absolutely disgusting. I’ve ordered this for years. Fries as cold hard and old. Never in my life received one like this. I have more respect than to call but this was absolutely Horrible.UPDATE about a year later, went through and had just as bad of an experience. Our meal was terrible. So this time I reached out via their only way to contact them besides FB which they read your message and then block you or don’t respond. I got an email response to call K*** or J*** after stating email was the best form of contact and I wrote back a couple times with no responses and so I called and K*** was seeming irritated and huffing and getting loud so I hung up. I contacted again via email and no response so I contacted again through their contact form and got a message from H**** who I responded back to and again now responses again. There is zero way to contact corporate because they are too big of a company now and customers seemingly are not the priority. When it’s made right it’s good! But when it’s bad it’s bad and man this time was bad enough to complain since it’s repeating. How can you grow without customers?
