Been to this subway several times and they never have the footlong chocolate chip cookie poor attitude whenever i ask for its like they just don't feel like making it how are you out everyday why advertise at this store if you're never going to have it. And they don't accept coupons. I won't be back at this subway anymore!!

If you’re closing at 7pm then close at 7pm. We shouldn’t show up at 6:40pm to the doors locked and workers hiding in the back. Once we pull out at 6:50 then you come up to the register to do closing duties.

Almost gave it 5 stars until I seen the sign that stated he didn’t accept ANY coupons ?. The customer service was amazing, the young man was very attentive and we could tell he took pride in his job!

There's some way was loaded located on 256 in Pickerington and it was the best experience I have ever had at a subway it was two brothers who absolutely love what they're doing they are very much motivated and being independent and making their own money my sandwich was perfect your parents would be so proud of youParking: There's not more to say it's in a strip mall so there's multiple establishments in that strip mall so if you get a parking place you wanted the right time if you didn't you'll be walking or waiting

First of all twice now I’ve gone there and they didn’t have white bread. So I got wheat and I could hardly chew it , like rubber! Barely toasted. Won’t be going back.

I have order two different time in the last two weeks. The opening time is 9am so I have put in a order. It withdraws the money out of my account then I get a notice that the store is not open when it did open I went over there and asked if my order came through he said no and that he would not be making it. That I would have to wait for my refund that never happened. Not thinking there was a chance it would happen again it did this morning the store is not opening at 9am like usual and it is still accepting orders and they are not being made. I work right across the street and order there on a regular basis. I will no longer be doing that I would drive down the street to another subway.
So sick and tired of the Subway Company sending out coupons no one takes! Not mad at the Employee who has to tell us that Subway will not reimburse them for the money they lose!
