Got there today(3/16) at 9a at the drive thru. Was told that they were not open and to give them 10 mins. Mind you they open at 9a. Then after waiting till 9:20, was told that not only are they not open still but the reason why is because the fryer is not working. I asked when they think it will allow them to be open and was told “idk”.What I didn’t like is there was nothing that indicated that they were closed. No cone no sign. the menu was up as if they were open.You’d think the 2nd time I went around something would have been set up indicating they were not operating.After, i went to the Taco Bell on E Main, I came back at 10a. There were two cars waiting to get their food. I rolled to the drive thru, and was able to make an order. I ordered two Bacon cheesy toasted burritos. Both came out to be sausage. I’m done!!!It’s ok to admit that someone showed up so late that you didn’t want to operate the store alone. This makes sense. But don’t lie and not be ready when you’re supposed to.

Typical Taco Bell. This location is clean but they definitely drive you to use the self serve kiosk. Only one register and is rarely manned. I typically get the $5 box.
It's so refreshing to have kind and respectful youth handling the drive thru. Honestly, I've been there 3 times in last month and each and every time my experience is pleasant, timely, accurate and makes me want to go back soon!

Was extremely disappointed ☹️ purchased 3 taco supreme’s and was filled with sour cream coming out of both side and running over with lettuce. Exactly a teaspoon amount of taco meat. Trashed all 3 taco ? now I’m at work still starving!!!!!!

Only problem is when trying to go into the parking lot. If you are going north on Hill Road N you can't turn left to get in & you have to go up to next light & turn around & go back. Then if you still need to go north you have to go to next light to turn around to continue north. And I asked for Taco sauce & didn't get any & no napkins put in bag.

Poor order accuracy on several occasions. Steak burrito had very little steak and the potatoes in the spicy potato tacos should've been thrown out. This location reflects badly on Taco Bell.
I keep wishing I just had 1 bad experience. But no. Food always bad. 1 taco supreme, didn't see any diff than in reg taco. 1 burrito supreme $7.68. Def not worth it. I give up.

The staff were friendly and had great customer service. The food was made exactly how I wanted it. I didn't have to wait long and the portions were perfect. We ate inside and the tables were clean and the bathrooms were also clean.

I ordered crunch wrap supreme meal and gave instructionsin the order. Plus I order large nacho fries. The nacho fries were not present in the order and the crunch wrap supreme order selections were completely wrong. I wish the restaurant had ensured that instructions on order.I was not able to eat any thing as part of the order.
