We spent $50 on horrible food, sweet and sour chicken was over cooked, hard and unacceptable. All 3 rice orders was hard and tasted old. The lo mein was mushy and tasted old. My wifes chicken and Broccoli had spoiled Broccoli in it. We threw it all away. I never post bad reviews but this was unacceptable for $50 plus the tip i left.

Every time my pathai order forget my peanut & lemon, my Take out order I am paid $68.95 and my dine order $55.29 +plus tip $14.71 = $70.00No Receipt but I am taking a picture and they are Run my card with another amount $55.29 so becomes twice and I am call the Owners but is useless and she not niceAbsolutely would not recommend...the menu price is different with computers price just make sure get the Receipt if not get charged twice or moreCheck you credit card after 2 or 3 day because they start charged you card after you not know.......If you after eating the food and so fast need go to restroom is meaning the food is dirty and not freshEveryone who go thereAlways double check you order or Receipt just make sure carefully in everything cannot trust this place......

We got takeout and it was very delicious. I had concerns since most everything take out upsets my stomach but I did not have any issues at all nor did the family. Food was tasty and fresh. ♡ hot and sour soup, praram long song, cashew chicken, and sweet and sour chicken, spring rolls. ♡ The phone system is older just keep calling back.

Awful carryout customer service. I had my order not make it into the computer three times, on three different occasions, after waiting 45 minutes for order to be told they didn't have it. Spoke to manager about the issue to be told "What do you want me to do about it and I should come inside to place my order instead of calling and she was busy with carryout and does not have time to talk to me." What would be the point in calling and I wouldn't sit there to wait 45 minutes on a carry out order. You didn't care about the customer. Thai Paradise you lost a long time customer and I will let others know of your poor service.

Food has always been excellent. However, we ordered today at 3:30 pm for pickup at 6. My son was there before 6, and the food wasn't ready until 6:30, and then the order was incomplete, so he had to wait even longer.
