Chuck is rude and berated other coworkers to the customers. Sold me food that they didn’t have and just shrugged and said “we ran out 30 minutes ago” not that i had high expectations about this location but it was really rough. the work culture felt very toxic.
I placed my order around noon for a dozen donuts and 40 timbits and i got there around 45 minutes after the order was placed. They were scrambling to get the order ready when i pulled up to the window. There was no variety despite them being open for another 7 hours. How are you going to have donuts for sale but not have any in stock? Was 45 minutes not enough time? I was disappointed in this visit and will not be coming back. I paid for a variety and clearly was not given that.

In over 30 years of going into different establishments this was BY FAR the worst. There were 5 people behind the counter and only 1 other customer. It took over 10 minutes to get someone to help. The only person doing anything was a kid who said it was his 3rd day. There was a short chunky girl who was apparently the team lead and she would not help the kid doing all the work. She spent her time wiping down counters. The other 3 people were standing by the drive window talking....read full review
