Stopped in after the gym to get a bowl. last time we came here was great but this time was definitely not the same. Apparently if you substitute anything you still get charged for it even though you didn’t want something else. some people are allergic to bananas and have to switch out a fruit but get charged to do that. Even after swapping out fruit she still managed to forget the fruit on top and the extra topping I added. When I asked her for the fruit she acted like it was a problem when clearly I paid for it as it’s on my receipt. next time you want a bowl forget bout coming here go to Pulp where they get your order right everytime.

I’m blown away. I’m so tired of the deep fried sugar laden, meat centric dining options in Pickerington. Don’t even get me started on the pizza obsession. While there’s nothing wrong with those things, we were in desperate need of an option for healthy pick up food, the kind with whole grains, real veggies and delicious sauces. I had a smoothie bowl and a wrap and both were incredibly good. Chock full of real healthy ingredients and super fresh and tasty without being overly sugary or overly salty. Yes there’s a bit of a wait. No it’s not as cheap as smoothie king. But the ingredients are real and fresh and I am absolutely willing to pay a bit more and wait a few minutes longer for that. They also have an order ahead option that I’ll definitely try in the future. So so happy this is here.

By far the best Vitality/ Acai bowl. I have tried to order the same bowl from at least 4 other places as well as the grocery store, nothing compares to Vitality Bowls. Other places charged higher, gave way smaller portions, was runny more like water & taste bitter or an overload of sugar. When I order from Vitality bowl it's the perfect texture, taste fresh & cheaper with bigger portions. They taste refreshing & not like an overload of sugar. I like to order the grilled cheese as well which is perfect for my children. Very rarely do I get hooked on a food place but Vitality Bowl had me hooked with just 1 bite. Most definitely give this place a try.

Best food I've had out in a long time. The organic quality is evident. The problem is there's only one store in Central Ohio!? Someone please put a franchise in North Columbus! I was impressed with the plastic containers made with recycled bottles

I am a smoothie bowl junkie. This place has hands down the best smoothie bowl I've ever had. Even better that there staff is the friendliest staff I have seen yet. I had the nutty bowl and dream about it. YUMMM

Wow! Had the vitality bowl after an hour walk in 80 degree weather. Was refreshing, delicious and healthy tasting. Reminded me of the acai bowls in Hawaii. Service was good. Took about 5 min to get my bowl after I ordered. They have a much larger menu than I expected from bowls to smoothies to salads and sandwiches.
Both the food and the service were fantastic! We got the chicken pesto bowl. It was very tasty. Loved it!

I can't even describe much I love this place. I spend way too much and want one of everything. Their bowls are tasty and you forget how healthy. Salads are fresh and so different. Panini s are so warm and crispy. The employees always are kind and joyful. Even the bathroom is nice lol.

The prices for smoothies are outrageous. You can get a 40oz from smoothie king for the same price. There is nothing special that makes there small size cup worth the high price, good food but it isn't worth going to consistently. The drunk isn't even enough to wash down the meal!

Friendly, helpful, and went out of his way to call me by my name (properly pronounced) and explain their customer loyalty program. Wonderful experience ?
