The food was fine, but the ketchup had spoiled and we told them about it and they said yeah. Someone else complained about it and didn't do anything. Didn't even try to open a new bottle. The waitress was brand new and did the best they could, the trainer should of been with her.

BTL did not have crispy smoked bacon piled high, just one layer,maybe 3 pieces on each sandwich, lots of lettuce & tomatoes. Very dissatisfied will not be back.
