The people there are great and the atmosphere is nice. Restaurant is clean. But the food is simply overpriced for the quality. Probably paying NBA and NFL stars too much to promote them. Subs have doubled in price and are smaller than just a few years ago.

The Subway store was clean and not very busy. The employees were polite and our subs were quickly made. We ordered the ham and turkey sub. It was delicious. Lots of fresh veggies, fresh bread, delicious cookies. Good, fast service.

The quality of the food is always good, and the manager, Morgan Bethal, is possibly one of the best managers i’ve ever had. She will work with her employees to make sure the succeed working here and she is very kind very professional and greets customers kindly.For those of you who do not understand though, after 9:30, we have to take out scoops and laddels, its not as simple as put it back in because that is one more dish that the closer of the store has to do, and we already have alot of things we need to do before close, so before writing a negative review because you didn’t get what you want, read this review and try to understand that food workers are people too, who just wanna get their job done go home and EAT.Wheelchair accessibility: plenty of places for wheelchairs, the lobby is very spacious.
My wife is following a keto diet, which means No Bread, but you can make any sub into a salad. And we like a Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad this way from Subway, have bought them from here before, have got them in Montpelier before! So we stopped to get one, two girl's working one on the Cash Register, who would not move, new girl who had No idea of what my wife was talking about, had never made a Salad, the other girl would not come and show her anything, told her she needed to learn, quite Crude!!! So the 1st girl did her best I guess, we got a Chicken, Bacon, Ranch, Salad with no Bacon, and No Ranch Dressing, didn't figure this out until we got home, 7 miles away! She asked my wife if she wanted lettuce on it, it is a Salad I would think that's a given! How do you expect to stay in business, if you don't train your employees, or if they won't help one another? Will try this location again, but if it doesn't live up to standards, will Never Come Back! I wrote this out before but it did not show up, does the store have the ability to erase???

Will never stop in here ever again literally just stopped in at 9:20 and was told I couldt get my pizza sub bc she took the spoon out of the sauce ok and u don’t close till 10 simply put the spoon back in the sauce but supposedly they can’t do that well maybe try not closing till ur supposed to especially when I just got done working 10 hrs and now here it is at 9:30 at night and I gotta find food very unhappy!!!
