Went on a Saturday evening an :1 1/2 hours before close as soon I walked through the door there were 3 employees standing together one of the young ladies said oh just to let you know we have no rice. My response neither kind. She said no I put some on. So I ask how long before any would be ready she said oh I have no idea. Number one her tone was not appropriate and number two how do you not cook any rice to run out at the same time. There were people coming in and out. I hate to see how much business they lost. Will not return there. It is Sad because of health reasons there is very few places I can eat

Presuming they are totally deaf behind the counter. Upon entering, was told only brown rice available. Replied that I don’t eat ANY rice. Ordered a steak & cheese burrito with queso & a medium drink to go.$14+ ??? For a burrito ???? Got home to find…..wait for it…..RICE in the burrito ! 1st time visit, LAST time customer, at ANY location. And these fast food workers are DEMANDING $15/hr. ?? They have GOT to be kidding ! Will it pay for earwax removal treatment ?? $9/hr. “overhead” for a $5 burrito. BUYER BEWARE.

Arrived at 10:30 AM, they weren't ready for customers so I waited until they were. They started order but didn't have pan seared veggie. I had to wait on that. time is now 10:45. I ate my burrito bowl in the restaurant and listened to the 2 women cuss about the soda order for the next 10 minute. Unprofessional! F this, f that. This is not my usual hot head and I will not be back

I ordered from DoorDash 2 hours ago so I called the store the guy said something is wrong with there system he had to reset it, then he said the DoorDash guy just walked in to get my order, another hour goes by I call again he said nobody has came to get my order after 3 hours, my order said pickup. He hung up on me then the Manager called me she kept calling until I answered and said she was going to get me for phone harassment, because I called looking for my order, manager was very disrespectful and rude, she needs to be FIRED, I will never order from here again, she was yelling wouldn’t let me talk and she called the police on me. I don’t recommend anyone to the Piqua location, until the manager is fired, how can you call the police on someone for wondering where their order is that was $50 I will be calling the corporate on her tomorrow morning

They used to be so good and now it's so skimpy hardly any meat or corn they refuse to put lettuce on it even after asking for extra and they still can't wrap the stupid thing without ripping it. They used to do it just fine tho. If I order light hot head sauce they give me a ton it's not like I can scrape it off so I have to pay for it on the side. With how much it costs it shouldn't be so skimpy. Huge chunks of cilantro here and there is nasty.
The food was ok. When I got my food, the young man who waited on me dug the bottom of the pan to get my meat. Then the young man who cashed me out talk like he had something in his mouth because I couldn't understand what he was saying.

The food is really good but the service is so slow when it comes to pick up orders it's ridiculous! My order was supposed to be picked up by 8:20pm we got there a couple minutes later and it wasn't even ready until 8:35pm. We asked for it toasted nothing was toasted, there's no labels to tell what's what. Pretty disappointed in todays service...

Had a coupon for two burritos 15.99. Got to the checkout and it came to over 20 + dollars. Went down a line, they ask " do you what this or want that?" But every time they ask that added a 1.50, 2.00 $ to the order, they never told me that and it did not say that on the coupon. The burrito where all rice, beans and cilantro, it taste like soap, the food was COLD and the wrap was goo. This place is a rip off!! Don't eat there!
