Place is disgusting. Service was fine but the food was old. Took a bite of some chicken and the chicken tasted awful. Went to the KFC in Troy. Much better.

Waiting 15 minutes to be served at the drive thru, I order 16 pieces and they tell me that they don't have that amount of chicken, and I could have said that if I wanted to wait for them, they don't know how to make sales.

We had called and placed a big order for today and we needed names on the orders and when you have an order this size it’s always hard. BUT they did amazing! No mistakes, food was fresh and so good. Names were right. I can’t thank them enough.

Actually zero stars. We walked in and stood at the counter. It seems as if the manager finally noticed us but look disgusted we were there. No one was even polite enough to say welcome we will be with you shortly!! We walked out. What a shame !! Sorry we bothered you tonight !!

Worst location ever. Will never recommend. Went approx 5 pm on a Weds. No wait. Ordered 5 piece tender meal. Sure fast but those weren’t tenders. 5 strips smaller than cheese sticks. Dried out tough. The biscuit was raw in the middle. 3rd strike on this location before posting anything. Zero stars if I could.
