Used a coupon that said two piece chicken, two hush puppies and a side, ordered, got two very over breaded chicken strips,hush puppies the size of a shooter marble and some good coleslaw. They need to put on the coupon that it is not really two pieces of chicken, I never been there before, but thought I was getting real chicken, then when I called the lady that worked there she treated me like I was stupid for not knowing, put it on the coupon .Also they filled the food box full of breading, from fish, chicken, shrimp, ???, I am not the trashcan, throw away your own garbage. The price was ok, with a coupon, if it would of been two pieces of chicken LIKE ThE COUPON SAID!!!

It’s highly advisable to have your staff ready at opening time. Or change opening time. Lost business because I went across the road to someplace that was of course ready on time. I probably would have waited the same exact same time if someone didn’t look me in the eyes and turn away as if I didn’t exist and I would have been patient. Hang on sir just a moment we are just opening would have been a good way to handle it. It’s bad enough that the machines take the orders and the staff is removed from the customer service experience but to look me right in the eyes and pretend I’m an inconvenience at 10:34am. Just change the store hours if you can’t open on time. Some of us have work schedules also. I get it. It’s tough but it’s not too tough to say hang on a second.

Upon approaching the counter, the worker told us, the dining room closes in 3 minutes, and then asked if our order was to go. We asked if we ordered, was he saying we couldn't sit down & eat our meal, he stated no.We left!

I only had a few minutes to spare on my lunch break decided to go to Long John Silver‘s was in a complete rush. Their crew got me in and out through the drive-through. Within three minutes. My food was fresh, hot and ready to go. I applaud long John silvers.

My mother and son went through the line on 8/24. They placed an order to bring home for the family and it came to over $80. We ordered a family meal and 2 shrimp shares, 1 grilled and 1 battered, plus extra sides. When they got home the battered shrimp share was not in the bag. Frustrating, but not the end of the world. However, when we called to let them know that we didn't receive our item the person on the phone refused to listen, refused to accept that they had made a mistake, stated that she had bagged the order herself and absolutely knew that the shrimp was in the bag, and hung up on us.Mistakes are easily made, easily corrected, and easily forgotten. But that kind of "customer service" will definitely not be forgotten.

I just want to say how I heard what might been a manager today talk to a young man that was working the drive thru who was very polite ! Was disappointing! She yelled at him and ask why he was standing there ? She told him WHY ARE YOU STANDING THERE? And had sent another associate to window. And she was rude ! I was just checking to make sure my order was correct that she handed to me! And she opens window up and says you can move forward now! I don’t think I’m going back for awhile! Please train your managers to be more polite especially when customers can hear everything that’s going on! It’s not right either way! I no I could have done a much better job. And to the young man that took our order and was treated badly once we got to the window ! You did a great job and sorry you had to be treated that way ! My 81 year old aunt loves coming here but she heard it also ! And was very disappointed!!

Online Hours were incorrect, got to store at 7:45p and it was open. Doors unlocked and lights on. Got inside to be told “inside is closed”, no notification on the door. It said open until 9pm. Becoming a trend amongst restaurants. Need to make clear signs on the doors and update times online.

Service great but food tasted similar to just drinking a bottle of vegetable oil. Everything fried tasted the same.

Ordered the 12 piece fish family meal on Sunday afternoon. Fish itself was very good, but of the 12 hushpuppies half were the size of a marble, and we only received 2 of our 3 sides. For just under $40 I expect better.

Website says open til 9pm. Got here at 8pm on Saturday eve they say thay they had closed at 7pm
