I don't think that it's so much the workers fault, because these issues have happened 2 times now & different workers. I think that they are trained to take food order (besides the computer) and your money, then Take Out from Internet get the food, which theirs should already been finished. They said they run out of food and so not everything on the menu isn't available. Really didn't like waiting 45 minutes for food. ? Be a long time before I return again. They need to get more employees if they want to succeed and take away the single line for people who order at the restaurant, because I ended up at that other line anyway after I got stuck in line at the other side. If I knew it was a 45 minutes wait, I would have gone elsewhere!!!

Was told to pull around asked if I should park in handicap since I would have blocked the way out he said yes then I proceeded to have words with other customers for me being "rude and inconsiderate"

I have not eaten at Rally's for more than two years now. I visited the drive-through on my way home from work today and was pleasantly surprised to find the quality of the food was just as I remembered. I love their one-of-a-kind french fries and they were served hot and fresh.

Sucks to have to order through an AI speaker at the drive through. No company should ever do this, there's a ton of room for error! Let me speak to a damn human being. They also only gave me one BBQ sauce for 3 chicken strips that were pretty big. And we ordered 2 large fries and 1 medium fry and only received 1 large fry and 2 mediums, and one of my bacon burgers were supposed to be plain and was not. I blame the AI speaker

Although the location is run down probably from being so old the women that were working Sunday afternoon. 3/11/24 were so very nice! They weren't super busy at the time so I waited a minute for fresh food. Totally worth it! I gave the atmosphere 3 starts because it could probably use spruced up. This has nothing to do with the workers more to do with the company.

This place is so so soooooo dirty!!!!! I left and didn't get my food or pay!!!!
We used to love this location but it's gone way downhill recently. You can't talk to a human when ordering now. The auto speaker takes forever to take your order, often hears you Incorrectly and takes forever to respond and repeat your order back to you before you can move onto the rest of your order. Then you get to the front and often your order is going to be completely wrong anyway... I got the chicken bites box with a red slushy, my husband got 2 burgers and fries. I took 2 drinks of the slushy before dumping it as you could definitely tell the drink nozel hadn't been cleaned, it just tasted like straight bacteria. Food tasted on point however my husband has since 5am been non stop on the toilet with vomiting & diarrhea. Coincidence? That was the only thing he had to eat that day so I think not.. It's very disappointing because we really love Rally's but it's not worth it..

Their cheese burger was fresh hot and delicious. It is in a small area of a busy corner. Drive through was tight to manage. It was worth it because of the window cashier. She was very pleasant.
