Do not go here if you have any food allergies. The employees did not understand English well enough and had to repeatedly ask me what I meant when I said to avoid cross contamination. They refused to wipe down the station before making my sandwich. If you work in a restaurant, you need to be able to understand the native language well enough to follow basic food safety.Dietary restrictions: They didn't understand what cross contamination is.

Went through the drive thru waited about a half hour for three footlong subs.. They did not have wheat bread,So got multigrain.Get home subs are not even dressed right as I ordered. Did not receive my cheeses that I requested one sub had no sauce on the sub no bacon and missing ingredients was dry since I had jo sauce on it, the other sub only had may and mustard on it mo cheese and none of the condiments that I requested. I would understand if they were busy which they werent and I still waited ahalf an hour for 3 subs that werent even correct. What a joke

Went to get mom a ham and cheese on Italian Herb with mayo, onion, vinegar. So how she end up with a ham and cheese with Italian dressing? They was not busy as only one car behind me. And no customers inside. ? She wouldn't even eat it hardly. I understand as a fast food worker myself things happen but can be avoided especially with only 2 vehicles in line. It's called pay closer attention to ur customer orders so they don't leave ya bad reviews. U want ppl to come back to ur restaurant. Not impressed. And to top it all off u don't get a ty have a nice night or anything. They just tell ya the total. To me that's kinda rude.

Go to another subway! The lady with glasses working the night of 12-6-22 was extremely rude and disrespectful. Her customer service was terrible and I will now never go back. I had a coupon and told her about it when ordering my subs (living on a tight budget and wanted to treat the kids). When I went to pay she rudely said the coupon wouldn't work for the subs I ordered (which based on the coupon were covered) she demanded I pay full price. I paid full price and will never go back. The other poor girl working with the lady was polite and I felt bad for her. I used a similar coupon earlier this week at the store and they honored it. Stay away from this subway!

This location doesn’t takes coupons, is out of almost everything, drive thru is not even open and prices are higher than any other subways around. I go to subway a lot (more than I should if I’m honest) but this was my first time at this Piqua location and I’m very disappointed. Seems like the owner is stingy, doesn’t care about customers and doesn’t know how to run a business efficiently. Do not recommend. I love subway but this one.. I will never be returning to.
