Food is pretty good for the most part, but at time the tacos are soggy. They have a new dragon fruit drink out that I highly recommend and my favorite thing from taco bell is the crunch wrap, cheesy potatoes.
Quality sucks and the prices are too high. Done with that location. Only gave because the workers are nice.

These employees on Covington Ave in piqua are so dang lazy. Won't cook the chalupa shells like come on it only takes a few minutes to fry them this is a reoccurring issue. Food came fast but wasn't worth it because nothing is ever made correctly. Don't bother paying for extra sour cream because you won't get it.

This Taco Bell is an absolute disgrace. They consistently never get my order right. The lady that works the window in the mornings acts like her life is so bad. You work at Taco Bell. Cheer up and learn how to listen and take an order correctly. Idk if y’all just bang out drugs in there or what but today was my last day coming to this pathetic Taco Bell. Good work! Keep working hard.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Every single time I come here my order isn’t right in one way or another. Order soft taco supremes and NONE of them are supreme. I ordered a Mexican pizza and it tastes like chemicals or like something is rotted. It didn’t even have red sauce. They even read my order back to me and still got it wrong. I have given them multiple chances and each time is a let down. Take the extra time to go across town.
