Ferrero ice cream in a waffle cone was delicious and my kid loved her Oreo ice cream. Guy working was super nice. Hand Dip prices were super reasonable for this kind of ice cream. Nosotras sí regresamos.

We loved our ice cream. The young lady at the window was very sweet and personable.

This is a summary of many visits. Last one being around 8pm this past Saturday night, give or take as we made an impromptu after a home dinner trip out. We always feel slightly disappointed leaving here. First time on opening day went well (my daughter and I got popsicles) it was a beautiful day and we enjoyed sitting out on location having a treat. Second attempt was with my husband and daughter, shake was pricey in my opinion (oreo) but good so if you want to spend money on one by all means go ahead. However they were super busy and orders appeared to be coming out completely out of order. There were ten people surrounding the pick up window waiting for different things and some how we were first. My daughter got icecream in a cup with sprinkles as we were walking back home, seemed to be okay not a ton of sprinkles which is a 70 something cent up charge. This Saturday we were told the icecream was melted so we couldn't get regular icecream just soft serve so I just skipped my order and had what we had at home. My daughter got a popsicle that looked either handmade in the plastic bag or melted and refroze in the bag (she still seemed to love it so that is all that matters). My husband got a soft serve cone with sprinkles, again the upcharge but he is a sucker for sprinkles. I kid you not he got it with probably less than 10 sprinkles on the cone. A little bit of a disappointment. Little to say the place does have potential but consistency/practices in place seems to be a hot issue they need to work on and we will likely not be back soon in hopes to see if they improve over time. It has potential but as of now we tend to have more negative views on the place.

So far, very good tasting ice cream and goodness

Incredibly rude. Did not have the first four items we attempted to order so we left and drove to the one on Cleveland Ave which is a 5 star and worth the drive. Previous business there was excellent and always a line. That was not the case now that Dulce took over. Empty lot and an unpleasant associate advertising items that do not have. It will not reopen next spring.

I love this place and it upsets me that people think this is Dairy Queen or that their prices are too expensive. They are a family owned business trying to grow. If you can’t step out of your comfort zone with your regular basic flavors then just go to McDonald down the street. They are authentic in what they serve. Crazy how food poising is mentioned when I never get sick when I eat here.

I wanted to love this place but half of the things I've tried have not been good. I'll start with the good. Nachos Supreme were great. Fresh and a good value. Tamales were tasty and an interesting option. Milkshake was good but it should have been for the price. Now the bad. Elote was bland canned corn with very little toppings or flavor. Definitely skip it. Hot fudge sundae was grainy soft serve with chocolate syrup, not hot fudge, and no whipped cream or any other toppings. It was not good. Hot fudge is a basic item every ice cream shop should have. Very disappointing. Mango sorbet was so oddly flavored. Mango is one of my favorites and I couldn't eat it. Tasted off, almost fermented. This place could be extremely successful. The potential is there. Focus on quality and earning return customers. I've been 3 times but I probably won't go back.

We got food poisoning, 1st time there and never going back. They couldn't get the orders right even though it was crazy easy. Ordered a Cuban (it was dry and cold) the fries were good and crispy, mango sorbet (received as a slushy), a plain ice cream cone (they put it in a cup and then physically gave the cone to me). By the time we walked home everyone felt off, 3 adults and 2 kids got food poisoning at the same time. The lady in front of us got, a small vanilla ice cream in a cup with strawberry sauce. She was given a small ice cream with no sauce and when she asked for it, the lady stated "oh well I didn't know" ( there was no way they could of did this, the ladies was standing right next to eat other)! The ladies were eating while making food, did not wash their hands, on their phones. I do not recommend.

Horrible customer service. We got a frozen fruit popsicle and it was freezer burnt. Freezer burnt to the point where my fiancé had to rip her lips off of it and her lips her bleeding. We had to ask for warm water to dip it in. To top it off, the lady running the facility was rude and extremely disrespectful when we asked for water and stated it was freezer burnt. Her response was “well it’s a popsicle” in a rude snarky voice. Unbelievable. Bring back small town ice cream, not this horrible chain. Food is subpar as well. Avoid at all cost.

Super expensive, it's a bummer because this spot was our favorite before the change. Mango smoothie was so bland, it just tasted like straight up sugar and ice with tasteless chunks of mango. Milkshake was okay but again, way overpriced.

Wanted to stop and try the ice cream since it has reopened. Expensive bland ice cream. Two small bowls of soft serve with rainbow sprinkles (which was not very much) was $9.00. Save your money and go elsewhere. Won't be back.

Walking tacos. Yes actual walking tacos.

Friendly service and unfortunately a disappointing experience with the menu. As the menu did not have many of the popular and favorites items listed that this establishment has been know for over the many years its been open.Between this, the cost, and the bland tasting ice cream, we did not feel it was a good value for us and will need to find a new favorite place to go to.Very sad and hope through this review that some of those favorite items return and the quality of ice cream served is changed or improved to support the current pricing for the better, so the new owners of this business and its employees can thrive in Plain City. A great place to visit and shop!!!

The place has such promise: got a sunday a few days ago and had no issues and it was tasty, so went back yesterday to get a sunday for my wife and she was ok. but… i then got the absolute worst food poisoning i have ever had from the soft serve icecream. had to go to the ER to get fluids as (apologies for the graphic description) it was coming out of both ends simultaneously. i hope they fix the sanitation issues, but after that experience, not sure i would go back
