“Parking: We stopped in here on our way thru Ohio. We had a very pleasant experience. We were immediately seated and our waiter was with us shortly after. Food came out quick and exactly as expected. The banana bread is the best part. Also purchased a candle for the first time. It is so fragrant and slow burning. Can't wait to come back again.“
“Went to watch a bowl game and the atmosphere was the same as a TGI Friday's or Chili's. The service was good but lagged towards closing time (to be expected), though the kitchen closed an hour before the doors did.The food is ok, the wings were a little dry and several flavors were unavailable. I doubt i'd go back, but that's mostly a distance thing.“
“I haven’t eaten in a Bob Evans in awhile but my family and I stopped in for dinner to give it another try and even though there was only one server, it didn’t seem like it. The hostess and server (Riley) was amazing. Very friendly, attentive and pleasant. This experience will make me want to return to this location again. If you’ve stayed away , it’s time to come back!“
“We go to numerous Bob Evans around the West side of Columbus and this was one of the better experiences. I like going to places where I can spend quality time with my daughter and this was perfect. It was really quiet and the atmosphere was pleasant. Our waitress met every request with a smile, she was prompt, and our food came quickly. Recently we went to the Bob Evans off of Hilliard Rome Road and we had to ask for everything (like plates to eat on) and our food took forever. This was not the case here. At this Bob Evans we were seated quickly, we didn't have to ask for more drinks because our waitress was on top of offering us more which she brought quickly, and we didn't have to wait long at all for our food to show up hot and delicious. Our waitress anticipated anything we might need and laid it on the table unlike the other Bob Evans where I had to ask for everything and then wait for it to come while my food got cold. Our waitress also went out of her way to accommodate my 9yr old when she asked for ice while ordering a hot chocolate. She asked my daughter if she would like a cup of ice or if she wanted her to put the ice in for her before she brought it. This made my daughter feel important. ? Even though she had other customers to take care of we felt like we were the only ones! I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this location (and the crispy potatoes in a pan)!Kid-friendliness: The waitress let my 9yr old pick her straw, asked if she wanted a kids menu and when she brought her hot chocolate she put it in a bigger cup with lots of whip cream.“
“Second time visiting this location. We were seated right away. 2:30 on a SundayThe waitress was awesome taking our drink order at seating. Then returning right away to take our order which was ready in about ten minutes. The manager was visibly on the floor checking on things and chatting with customers at the checkout. All in all it was a good experience. The service was fast. The staff was friendly. The food was good. Will definitely visit this location again as you could tell the people working cared about doing good.“
“Every time we have eaten here, the food is fantastic!! They have buffet or menu items all day. Breakfast & Lunch/Dinner. I love browsing the gift shop, the wall hangings for sell in the hallways and, of course, the goodies for enjoying at home. Baked goods, fresh butter, apple butter, on & on. We live close to an hour away, but make the drive a couple times thru the year, usually, to treat ourselves. There are also a couple shops along the way that I would like to stop by sometime if we would leave earlier in the afternoon.Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of space in the building for those in wheelchairs. The only area not accessible may be the upstairs portion of the gift shop, unless there is an elevator I didn't notice.“
