Pizza was great, as well as the potato wedges. The wings were were slightly above average. The wait time for pickup was longer than we were told when the order was placed... but that was kinda of expected with the event going on when we visited. I'd definitely go back to see how the actual sit down portion of it is.

Like wow worst experience ever, ordered a lg taco pizza asked for extra sour cream, didn't get it ordered 4 subs one with onion didn't get it, so we drove back to the shop to get our items whether charged or not was willing to pay but as speaking with manager some little blonde girl wanted to stand behind the counter hitting her fist in her hand saying let me come out there so more less threatening to hit my pregnant daughter like really , I think this is the most disrespectful place I've ever experienced in my life , over onions sour cream and banana peppers...this was the worst 74 bucks we have ever spent in this town and I'll be putting on FB ,and every post possible ..worst ,now cold hard food ever tasted from them..Tim you might want to check your staff

Good food and atmosphere, excellent service. A few beers on tap, plenty of good meal choices. Huge kudos on the service ... we'll definitely be back on our next visit to Plain City.

Wings were insanely good. Next time I’m in Plain City, I will without a doubt be back. Them wings be going craaazy on the mouthpiece!
After a day at the pumpkin farm/corn maze we went to Pioneer Pizza on the way home. It is located in Plain City, and we are so glad we found it living closer to Columbus. Their pizza is good, but the rolled Stromboli is THE BEST! They have something for everyone! We have always eaten in, usually 8-10 of us, and they don’t have a lot of inside seating, but it is casual and we’ve never had to wait for a table. The bartender is also the server, so on a busy night, we wait a little longer. But we love it!Kid-friendliness: We had 3 kids—5 to 9 yo. Because we have pretty much been the only ones there, we have had the place to ourselves.
The pizza was cold and the potato skins burnt. Two salads that were ordered were not with the order. The manager had a terrible attitude and said literally that she didn’t care if I ever came back so because of that I don’t intend to. I drove from West Jefferson and it’s much easier to go to Luigi’s and get the real thing.

I would like to write a review of a single visit, but since my kids insist on visiting Pioneer Pizza over and over I will just say that this is the best pizza around. We have been to pioneer pizza over 20 times and ordered pick up an additional countless times. We have yet to have a negative experience and this is just one of the best pizza places in the world. Options including eating inside and watching sports on the TV (my 6 y/o son's favorite) or listening to music and dancing like crazy outside (my daughter, 4 y/o favorite) there is something for everyone. We will continue to visit for years to come and I can't wait to continue to build memories at our favorite dinner location!

Disappointing to say the least with other options in town. Messed up two pizzas… one looked like an incomplete puzzle on arrival. Also a professional kitchen manager looked at these tenders and okay’d them to go out to the customer. (Photo attached) Called them to make it right and they said they’d get an order out to us ASAP to make it right. Called back and was told “it will be right there” nearly 90 mins later. Go to Jan and Tony’s. Nuff said.

Prices are on par with places like Dewey's or Jan and Tony's but quality is closer to mediocre at very best. It's just not at all worth it. $1.25 to add onions to a sub...and a ridiculous $7.50 delivery fee before tip, forget it.
