The owner has done her homework and put everything into the success of her product and store. I’m sure this is just the beginning of her journey. If you enjoy a post workout shake, I highly recommend PCN! They have a large variety of protein shakes from chocolate, peanut butter, cookies & cake, fruity, & even coffee flavors. I haven’t tried a bad one yet & I always look forward to trying something different. Cool atmosphere feel & great customer service.

We LOVE plain city nutrition! Hayley the owner is the friendliest girl and is super personable. The rest of the staff is equally as amazing! The teas are AMAZING! I crave them everyday and the fact that they are healthy for you is the best part. We also love the shakes. Whatever you decide to get, you won’t be disappointed!

I had a construction job right around the corner from here so I walked in to grab something when it was over. I loved the charming aesthetic and atmosphere immediately. The young lady behind the counter was very knowledgeable and helpful.We talked about the area and the history of the building itself, and the work they put in to make the place what it is today. I was very impressed! They also have a little sitting area in the back for those who would like to relax for a while and maybe socialize with friends.I got the Strawberry Cheesecake protein shake, and The Recovery Tea. I regret that I forgot to take a picture of those, but not only were they very delicious, but they presented beautifully as well! The nutrition and energy I got from them had me feeling great and energized all day. I highly recommend this place!
