Every single Friday I order the Spicy Southwest Salad and ask the person at the drive thru for extra tortilla strips (which I’m willing to pay for). 9 out of 10 visits they are never in the bag and I have to go back inside and ask for them. It always has it on the receipt so it’s not the person inputting the order. Today the tortilla strips and chili lime pepitas were not in the bag at all! I used to work fast food so I understand you can’t be perfect every time but it’s EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Almost every time consistently for the past 3-4 months. I’ll go to the other location moving forward bc this location is getting bad w/ missing items. We have had fries, sauces, etc…missing in the past year. Never used to happen here. If I pay full price I’d like the full meal…

I'm a sucker for this spicy chicken Deluxe my wife loves the 12 count nugget all of their fries are always delicious I have never had a bad experience with Chick-fil-A not even once and I'm something of a connoisseur when it comes to frequenting dietary establishments they always have some good lemonade and great milkshakes tooParking: Lots of room but it's tightly knit so there's plenty of space is but there are some other big parking lots for huge corporations in the vicinity I advise parking there if you don't want a door ding or just go through the drive-thru LOLKid-friendliness: I've never seen anybody here being mean to a child most of their workers are young and to the best of my knowledge there are Christian Corporation which is why they don't open doors on Sunday so Kudos from meWheelchair accessibility: Flat and level parking leading directly to multiple entrances on almost every side of the building all in all it's welcoming and inviting and they have a nice little outdoor area as well
