Absolutely will never be returning after watching numerous staff being extremely disrespectful to myself and many others in the restaurant. The worst customer service I’ve seen from multiple workers. Yes- many restaurants are understaffed but being apologetic and nice vs rude and disrespectful goes a long way. Cannot support a local business that operates in this way.

first time today eating here, our waitress alexis was phenomenal. always refilling our drinks without having to ask, always coming and checking in on us, and the owner sonja was so kind and got us seated in a reasonable time even though they were packed. will definitely be back. you get so much food that you have a meal for the next 2 days. go try it for yourself you won't be dissapointed

With the get out and dine card .I was told I could have coffee or water.Only one place I have eaten in my lifetime charged me for tap water . Was that a mistake on the server.I was not charged for water.When I was given the beverage selection with the get out and dine card the server said water or coffee comes with it.So I asked could I get coffee and a water with it she said then she would have to charge me for the coffee if I wanted both.We each got the 2 egg special with rye toastWe ordered around 12:50One of got water the other coffee.

Just want to show some love to a wonderful brunch place I went to for the first time today in Poland, Ohio—- House of Bennys. I had the “Spicy Spinach Caprese Benny” also one pancake to share for the table. It was HUGE!! Super excellent, KIND and FUNNY service! You have a winner with Carrie as part of your wait staff team! SHOUT OUT TO YOU CARRIE!!! The food was EXCELLENT! Plating was beautiful and colorful! Hats off to the chefs! Dishwashers, too—you all are the backbone of what makes things run smooth. All of you— I know how hard you all work— it was noticed and I’m so thankful for you all in the kitchen. Great atmosphere! Can’t wait to come back with friends and try more from the menu! If you go— I highly recommend getting a reservation. Many blessings to a small business kicking butt and feeding the masses. You all have a winner of an eatery!!! Many blessings!!!! ♥️✌️??

Two of us opted for the vegan Benedict dish, while another chose the egg white dish, and we were all blown away by the exceptional flavors and presentation.
