This subway is the worst. If you get anything on your sub you might as well order soup because of the amount of condiments they apply to your sandwich even after ordering them on the side. They Never get my order correct even though it’s written out for them on the app. Didn’t bring the curbside order out to me and no one was in the store. It took 20 minutes to make 2 subs and they were still wrong. GO TO ANY OTHER SUBWAY OTHER THAN THIS ONE. This owner doesn’t care she’s never gotten this store running the right way and subway should pull the franchise.

Pulled up at 8:45 pm and door was locked. Two women inside counting money in the drawer smiling and mouthing "were closed" on repeat. Posted hours on the door say they close at 9. Seems like many other people have the same experience, not sure why this hasn't been addressed.

So this is by far the most expensive subway I've been to. The subs are jacked up in price and there is only one worker taking care of everything. She had to bust her butt doing everything without any help. I can say that I will NEVER go back to this subway. Take your money elsewhere. You can go sit down at a real restaurant for cheaper.

Ordered for my son's birthday . App didn't work so didn't get the discount. Subs were made wrong. Literally zero toppings on the chicken sub. Had to throw out half the food because it was inedible. Terrible service and terrible attitude from the workers. Thanks for running my son's birthday lunch. Hope they close this crappy place down. Paid more than $40 for garbage. Don't ever eat here. Worse Subway I've ever had the misfortune to visit.

Terrible place. Says online (and on the actual door) that they are open until 9pm. Went at 8:30pm. Guy working there was in back cleaning up. I knocked on door and he frustratingly came to the door to tell me that they stop making food at 8:30pm so they can then clean up before nine. Total BS. He refused to let me in to order and spend money at this location. Went to another Subway nearby who actually hired people who care to work until closing and was told that this Boardman location has a really bad reputation. Will never provide this franchise owner with another dollar until they can hire staff that does their job.

Great location! They didn't have something I mobile ordered and called me right away. Staff is kind and quick in the busier times as well as the slower times. If I were from the area I would choose this Subway again, food was excellent!

While ordering, my husband and I were splitting a footling ,and I was confirming with him that he didn't want hot peppers ,and i' d get them on half,while he was getting drinks. She grabbed jalapenos, I stopped her, she said I wanted them on half. I said I did not ask for jalapenos( or anyof the three varieties of peppers)at that point, I wanted hot banana pepper rings. I got uncomfortable attitude from her.Parking: Front door parkingSpot was taken by employee who went to smoke ,then threw the butt on the sidewalk.Dietary restrictions: No info on carbs for diabetics
