Don't let the name fool you! It's a lovely place with fabulous food - not at all your typical bar food plus a friendly staff! You'll be surprised at the offerings, from pasta, to seafood to steaks and more. Plus the wine list is reasonable and comprehensive. Once inside you are surrounded by deeply stained oak and a long bar. It seems like everyone is your friend even before you sit down. The mussels were garlicky and fresh. I had the Pecan Crusted Walleye- locally caught , yum. My hubby had the Pearch, delish. For dessert- can't go wrong with the carrot cake.

Stopped in for brisket and brews...the former a Tuesday night specialty. Brisket was excellent and the beer was cold.

Decided to try this quaint bar and grill. Prices were a bit higher than we expected, but resort town combined with fresh quality ingredients likely warranted it. I ordered the Pick 2 Basket for $15 and got a half reuben and a side Rosie's strawberry and blueberry mixed salad with candied pecans. My spouse ordered the chicken spinach panini basket with kettle chips. Mine looked fantastic, my spouse's panini sandwiches were only about 3/8" thick and seemed a bit small for $18. Turned out the sandwiches were mostly cheese and spinach, there didn't seem to be any chicken in them. However upon close inspection we saw some very fine shards that were chicken. My meal was extremely good, my spouse's was pretty skimpy. Would have expected some chicken chunks or much larger shreds of chicken. But we would still recommend Rosie's.

Such a great place - once we found it! Things I have never had before and can't wait to try and make. Loved our server - fast and efficient. Food to die for. Thanks!!

Amazing stuffed mozzarella triangles, I've never had anything like them before and they're delicious! The stuffed dates were also tasty snacks quickly devoured. We shared the Rosie's Famous Reuben and it was a perfect follow up to the appetizers! Highly recommend!

Nice menu. 1812 salad is the best. Bar seating is good. The decor could be updated. But overall nice

Our waitress was amazing! We were a group of 6, and she never wrote anything down. Got our order perfectly. Then, the next night, she was a bartender at our event and was able to say to my husband "you ordered the reuben sandwich". ? Very personable and a hard worker. The food was very good as well. No shortcuts in the presentation or quality of food. My French onion soup and my Ceasars salad were traditional. So many restaurants don't put the bread in the soup or don't top with the baked cheese. Ceasars salad had shaved parmesan and anchovies. ❤️
