I order for delivery, and there were no Dashers immediately available. When the Dasher was able to show up, this store gave her a bag of COLD food that had been made over an hour previously. The Dasher insisted that they remake the food and the manager refused, even going so far as to say it was not their problem. So customes are no longer a thing that Wendy's values? Because I'm not going to waste my time or money at this piss poor excuse of a restaurant ever again. And, it was the wrong order!

We went through the Drive Thru around 3:30 pm on New Years Eve (Sunday) and I have to say from the Drive Thru SPEAKER to the actual WINDOW.....Everyone at THIS Wendy's Location IS AMAZING AND SO FRIENDLY AND POLITE !! I know that nobody is thrilled to be stuck working on New Years Eve but every person here was just incredible and so friendly and you do NOT get that anymore at most OTHER fast food locations. Now onto the food....Everything was 100% CORRECT ! PERFECT , Hot , Fresh , Food ,NO MISTAKES ! This IS what everyone SHOULD expect but everyday when you dine out but at other places , People are angry , crabby and do NOT care about their job or the customers and it shows. This store management team should be very PROUD OF THIS STAFF and REWARD THEM for the OUTSTANDING WORK THAT THEY DO. I just wanted to take the time to say Thank You to everyone working that day to make my stop in such a positive experience. Great Job to all and Happy New Year ! A+++++++++++++

I had the most amazing breakfast sandwich today a Double sausage Baconator with no cheese sauce. My breakfast sandwich was hot the meat fried to perfection the bacon was just right not too crispy not too soft the fresh egg and the melted American cheese. I swear they went to Wendy's sandwich making class. I had to call the restaurant find out the person's name. Thank you John for an amazing breakfast experience!

The gentleman who manned the counter when my son and I decided to eat at this establishment was very helpful, went above and beyond with his service, and was a welcome addition to an already pleasant experience. A shame I didn't get his name, but I hope a manager sees this and has a good idea who it was, knowing how small of a town it is. We will visit again, I'm sure, as we travel through here often. ????
