Ordered and paid for food at 6:04PM. At 6:48, I asked about my order and I was informed part of my order has been sitting here for a long minute. I was then informed they were bagging the rest of my order. 22 minutes later I walked out with an ice cold pizza and luke warm wings. There was no apology from the rude staff and also, the kitchen staff were not wearing gloves or washing their hands. One fella moved a trash can and went back to touching raw items. I will never return to this establishment.

Lived in the area almost all my life. Love Giovanni's pizza. Currently drive 4 hours just to get it. They have definitely changed their recipe. But still really good pizza.

Food was really good. Although they had a little salad bar set up and there was no lettuce. The pan was empty. But I would go again. And again. Price was right. For all we could eat and endless drinks it was around 10$ a person. Great.

Food on buffet was cold. Was no variety to really choose from. Only offered sofa for drinks. Had no ice tea. There was no waiter so you had to figure out on your own how to order. Anyone could have walked in and grabbed a plate and ate no one was there to check your recipe or even seemed to care.
Called in a delivery order and it took over and hour and half to get the food and of course by the time we got it it was cold. Called twice to check on the order and the people who answered were

Definitely much better than Mr. Gattis Good atmosphereAnd very good pizza Pizza actually got taste to unlike The other placeIs the other place crust is not fit to put in your mouth Is my opinion. But of course everybody's got one of those. And their buffet is also even cheaper than gattis pizza So I will have to give them towards the bottom end of the 5 star . go there try them out and enjoy And I have nothing to do with this place I know not the owners nobody works there or nothing. I'm just trying to give an honest accessment.Vegetarian options: I had their pizza buffet and salad bar it came with a Frank I'm a senior I paid $9 something I do not believe it is much more for regular pay And I aint very good They have vegetarian pizza and they have salad bar if they do not have a vegetarian pizza up ask them they will pull it up for you on their buffet immediatelyWheelchair accessibility: Easy to get up to the door and in the door very Is accessible for handicap wheel chairPlay me a room between tables and around tables very easy to access sound bar in pizza bar Is easy to access restroom And the employees It is more than happy to help you.

Today was a first for me ever .I usually get outstanding service. I waited about two hours for 2 pizzas in house that I ordered online and gave them 15 minutes before I drove there to pickup.I received my order after two hours of waiting at the restaurant. They credited me 25% on my next order and I came home and my husband toppings weren't correct but, mine were.we were starving so we didn't care. This is first ever time it's been so chaotic with a pizza order but, it was super ridiculous and I was one of many customers who delt with the same chaos today.
They need to be ashamed to charge $6 for fried pickles and only give you 6 pickles. They have raised their prices to give you
