Went here to watch OSU basketball game. I knew it would be busy and ok to wait. Service was absolutely horrible! We waited an extensive time for our food and our food came and we still didn’t have our beer! I had to ask for my beer bc there wasn’t anyone at the bar serving either. The food was cold and my husband was served the wrong order of food. Afterward the waiter was super eager to get us out the door and rushed us along. Didn’t have an opportunity for a 2nd drink. We didn’t even watch the rest of the game. Will not return!

Street tacos were alright. Place is a mess, you have to use your phone to read the menu which is sadly standard many places now but you wont get plates or silverware. If you ask for plates you get a piece of paper. $60 for 2 adults 2 kids.

Love the atmosphere. The fries were amazing with the seasoning but we ordered a side of fries and they gave us barely any. They don't serve celery with the wings

Went to pick up two Door Dashes at this location on the 28th. A brunette with glasses was handling an extremely busy time in store and not only quickly responded to getting my food and making sure it was ready promptly but offered to fill a beverage for one of the deliveries even though it is usually the dasher's job. Did not catch her name but excellent service!
Every time I order take out, my order is messed up or they forget something. I live 20 minutes from the restaurant so each time it’s not feasible to go back and get the missing pieces. It’s ruins my family’s dinner every time because someone has to go without a meal.

Didn't read the reviews before we came. Just needed mac and cheese nearby after a day at the zoo, and it was handy. BOGO boneless Thursday, which wasn't exactly what Sweetie and I wanted but too good a deal to pass up. I tried their new bourbon sauce and the hot bbq. Decent boneless wings, meaty, crispy, and the sauces were fine but nothing special. Still, a ton of food at a good price. I also got cheese curds, which were pretty good, and K ate some of them and loved them (well, the cheese; she picked off the batter for some reason.) I asked for celery and got a ton, and lots of dressing.Took home wings for Sweetie, and potato wedges. K barely ate the mac and fries since she devoured curds, so we took them home for later.Great service, and very helpful with kid-specific stuff. Reasonable price (on BOGO days.) Inside was clean, and big, with loads of screens if you want to watch a game.

I went into the Powell location tonight. Ordered a double whisky that was smaller than a single. I ordered some wings that were supposed to be hot barbecue and I got the hottest wings I have ever had. No barbecue. The waitstaff didnt care much and the manager cared even less. It was a bit expensive for a pathetic drink and inedible food.

I strongly suggest you do not eat at this location. Ate here Monday the 29th (the only food eaten all day) and contracted E.Coli, Astrovirus and Norovirus. I will say the server was really top notch. It's too bad he works here.
