Seriously what is going on with this place lately? We have been coming here every week to every other week for nearly 4 years now.I don’t know if it’s because the staff is poorly trained or if it’s the leadership not caring an iota about the quality of the product being sent out but it’s gotten bad.Let’s start with the basics. Messing up a simple burger by not cooking it all of the way and then putting toppings on it that one of my kids is allergic to. Then, giving us the wrong ice cream entirely, not just once but 3 separate times. Then one of the teenagers being snarky when we ask for it to be corrected.The next thing is the management. Honestly there is one manager there, a 20s-30s white guy who is super nice and the way that he encourages your team is awesome. During one of the busiest days of the year he was talking up his team and jumping from different stations to make a smooth flow on the first day of springs small cone day. Then you have the African American woman who seems to run a very chaotic shift. Every time she is there something is wrong with our order, and she is very dismissive when we ask for it to be corrected. She seems to place the blame on customers saying that we ordered incorrectly, and doesn’t seem motivated to ensure that these problems don’t keep happening. Also going within an hour of close when they’re working means that the service part is pretty not existent. It’s incredibly frustrating.Please train your staff better and please be better.

It seems like most Dairy Queen stores are consistent in regards to their products. This one lives up to that standard. The service could be a little better, a smile and polite demeanor go a long way.

I just came through the drive thru 20 minutes ago and the service was not good. There was a nice girl at the window but the man who took my order must have not been there or something, I asked what sauce came with the garlic Parm chicken and he said "uhhh garlic?" Then my food came without a proper box and was wrapped in a napkin. On top of that the garlic Parm sauce wasn't made right and made it too salty to eat. Not sure what's going on with the night shift crew here but at least the ice cream was ok.

I went there on a whim because we were in a hurry and hustling between kid activities. The person taking my order was rude and trying to be funny to their friends inside. The fries were super salted, the tenders were hard and old, and my drink came with no ice. It was a waste of $7 and I wish I had my money back. I have gone in the past and had okay experiences but have never got the food. Don't get anything there except the cool treats.

Handicapped parking available tooKid-friendliness: Great choice of items for kids and small portions.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp is easy to access. They have double doors which makes it easier for any size wheelchair to get through

The kids were confused at the drive thru on the orders while mine was getting cold and the blizzards were melting, gave me a holder for the blizzards that was split and ended up a mess in my car.I was not a happy camper!!!

Mid Fall Blizzard at 8pm absolutely!! Service was great, the only issue was they are out of the Pumpkin Blizzard. That was one of the ONLY reasons we drove from Hilliard to this DQ. The Service and Blizzards are so much better. Oh well there are bigger issues in the world than No Pumpkin Pie Blizzard. Family LOVED all the flavors we got and we went away happy!

I came here with my family on the evening of Wednesday, August 16th. When we got there we saw that the drive-through line was super long (at least 15 cars), so we decided to go inside to order our food. Unfortunately, the establishment appeared to be very short-staffed (I didn't see more than 4 employees), and it felt like an extremely hectic environment (there was lots of noise coming from the kitchen...). The person that took my order didn't know how to apply a coupon we had, and she had to bring over her manager. The manager was able to apply the coupon, but it was obvious she was very stressed (other customers were coming up to complain about their orders, multiple employees were asking her questions, it was simply a hectic environment). It took roughly 20-30 minutes for my blizzard to come.Regardless of all of that, I got the Mint Brownie blizzard, and it was DELICIOUS! It hit the spot; but it's unfortunate that the service and atmosphere were pretty terrible...

Stopped in today around 4:30pm. The young lady and young man working were very pleasant and efficient. The food was delicious and made well (great temperature and not slopped together). It came out in a timely manner as well. Thank you for a great experience. It is appreciated.

The person expediting orders had no clue what she was serving and the made them out of order. I got melted ice cream. One guy working both counter and drive through who has a disability and was working 10x harder then everyone else. Horrible

Great DQ that incorporates with the park next door really well. Friendly workers and usually fast service if you go inside. The drive though has a HUGE line every night that can take 30+ minutes to pass through. Have never had trouble with the food or service, but the drive through line is a massive disappointment.
