If you are thinking of going to Jersey Mikes, save the $12 and just take a shot of vinegar ($.13) and vomit. Same difference. Soggy bread, cheap meat, tasteless cheese, zombie employees and veggies SOAKED in vinegar. Hard pass.

My family and I frequent this store often. Recently, we placed an online order and named our daughter's sandwich "The Dinosaur" since she loves them. When we got home, we were surprised to see the dinosaur drawing with the "The Dinosaur" written with it. My daughter loved it so much and enjoyed eating her sub, too. Done with this location. We tried this location again and for the last time last weekend, 9/26/23. There were 6 people working there and it still took 15 minutes to get our order finished. Two of them were working the counter, one was bouncing trash off the wall, one was yelling in the back and the other two were standing around watching. The workers could care less how they make your food and do the bare minimum. It was the middle of the day and they were out of wheat bread, barely had any bacon, and were trying to make it stretch by putting one slice on a regular sub. You should have your manager visit the Worthington location to see how a store is run, but from the lack of responses to poor reviews, nothing will change.

I like Jersey Mike's. They do make good subs, somewhat consistently. But even when you order on a mobile app, they can't do wheat bread when you order a simple sub. And if they aren't paying attention to that clearly marked detail - what other "little mistakes" happen?

Spoke to restaurant a few days later and they said I should have brought it back. maybe they don't understand the concept of take out or quality control or customer service. Point of posting...check your to go order!
The majority of people that work here are teenagers, but the service is still very nice. Me and my family come here very frequently for a quick bite for lunch, and they never disappoint. The food always tastes very delicious. During busy times (lunchtime specifically), you might have to wait 5-10 minutes in line, but it's worth it!Parking: It's connected to a mall area of sorts, so parking is mostly available.

Mmm I hope you love your sandwiches with a side of cross-contamination. Sandwiches should not touch countertops especially dirty ones, you should not wipe food off the counter with the gloves that you're preparing food with, and last but not least you cannot put receipts on top of food like

My family got all their food with minor mistakes and mine was completely left out. I ordered off doordash so if you eat here go inside to make sure the incompetent workers get all of your food.
