Great biscuits and gravy. A variety of choices on the menu. Fresh squeezed orange juice was really good but priced a little high. Fried eggs were over done - I'll try scrambled the next time perhaps with sausage instead of bacon. Service was friendly and fast even though they were pretty busy!

This was a great surprise on our way to the zoo. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic and large portions. I hate to say it, but their biscuits and gravy might be better than mine. :)Kid-friendliness: Kids were with us, and all enjoyed their choices.

I came here last Sunday to try some biscuits and i loved the place! If you want a biscuit with lots of flavor or if you want eggs, chickens and delicious gravy this is the spot. They also offer a variety of coffee and DELICIOUS, FRESH orange juice that you definitely have to try. Staff members are super nice and helpful. 10/10

The biscuits are pretty good, especially by northern standards. However, the gravy for the biscuits might be the best I've ever had anywhere. I tried both the sausage gravy and the shiitake gravy - both are excellent, but I actually preferred the shiitake over the more traditional option! Be warned that the seating capacity for this place is small, so you might have to share a table during busy times. I actually think that added to our experience, because we also had a really nice conversation with our table mates.

I got the breakfast hash without the bacon. It was delicious. My biscuit was cold but still was yummy. Got a sample of the cinnamon biscuit which also good but had too much icing.

Our first trip to check out this new addition to the Polaris area. As food junkies we were not disappointed in our selections of fresh from scratch made breakfast plates. I ordered "The Cowboy", country fried steak (made the right way!) which was delicious and quite filling. My wife had the "Sweet Grace", waffle with chocolate chips and strawberries. Awesome to behold and even better to eat! We highly recommend you stop in and enjoy a fresh made meal. The biscuits are outstanding and melt in your mouth! If you are a coffee nut, you will be pleased by the selection they carry. Fresh ground every day for peak flavor. Tea selection is also available. Service was fast but make no mistake, this is not on a fast food level at all. Ditch those others and try the better side of life.

Good food, but bring a truck load of money! Today our business group decided to try Maple Street Biscuit near the Polaris Mall. I researched and found out it’s affiliated with Cracker Barrel. The food was good and at the same level of the parent company. I had a Frittata with bacon and cheddar, a biscuit on the side with a berry jam and a glass of fresh squeezed Orange Juice? So how much would one expect to pay for all of this at a fast casual type of restaurant where you order at a counter and take a number? 12 dollars?, 15 dollars? 18 dollars? Nope, Nope and Nope! 24 dollars including 7 dollars alone for the Orange juice. So my advice is pay attention to the menu prices before you order. 12 to 15 probably okay for the value? 24 no way go to a full service place at a higher level

I decided to try this place because I work across the street, figured I’d try something new. I had looked at the menu online & wasn’t sure what to expect but looked ok. I figured a biscuit for $10… you’d expect a good size biscuit sandwich…. No. Small little biscuit. It was tasty, that’s all I really have to say. Drinks at $3, biscuit sandwich for $10+… not worth it. I can get more at Jersey Mikes for that kind of dough. The place was clean & staff were nice. They bring you your food to your table. But overall, eh… at least I tried it but doubt I’ll be going back.

Busy Sunday breakfast. Arrived around 9am to packed restaurant. Order at counter & have a seat. They brink food to you with self serve coffee, drinks. I ordered fritaffle: an omelette made on waffle iron & hubby ordered the 5 & dime. Biscuits hard on top. Eggs dry, hubby said his was good. Sausage gravy was tasty!!
