Just an overall disappointing day at Panera. RUDE staff…how can a breakfast establishment be out of breakfast soufflés at 9:20 AM and refuse to make more product?Also, the price has increased significantly. Not a fan of this location and will not return.

My wife ordered food in-store, paid for it, waited almost 20 minutes, and then they tell her they are out of everything she ordered after making her wait 20 minutes. No management in store, s#%^ show. We were able to see why this location has a 2.7 rating. Don’t come to this location if you’re craving Panera.

This is one time I wish there was a 0 star option. We waited nearly 10 minutes at the register while store staff talked with each other or texted. So, I can not rate the food, but if it's prepared with the same enthusiasm we were greeted with, I would not dare eat the food.I've dined at many Paneras across the country and always had a positive experience, so please understand this review is exclusive to this location. Stay away.

Terrible customer service at this location. Nobody acknowledged me standing by the take out area. All walking right by me, including one of the managers. Then proceeded to help someone who came in after me and walk away after they helped them. When I can see my order sitting on the back counter ready for pick up as well.

A relaxing Veterans day morning taking my daughter to enjoy some quiet time at Panera. Her cinnamon roll and hot chocolate were wonderful; not the best she's ever had but very good. Her hot chocolate was warming and tasty. I had a simple toasted buttered bagel and coffee. What made it so wondeful was the relaxed environment. I need it after so many busy days at work. I had just gotten done with my 3rd shift when I went home to pick up my daughter and take her to Panera. I'm glad I made that decision, some good memories came about from it. Thank you, Panera.I know the staff can feel the rush from the customers. Hopefully, someone from the store reads this that was working on Veterans day and know that I appreciate you being there. I appreciate your hard work. And this veteran thanks you for being there so I could have that morning to relax with my daughter.

Service was terrible. We came in 25 minutes before closing to order 5 dinners. We were told multiple times that they are closing soon. Made us feel completely unwelcome. And we were done still 5 minutes before they actually closed.

This location is literally less than 5 minutes from our home compared to the other locations. We will typically go through the drive through 6 times per year and literally will have to go inside to get the correct order 4 out of 6 times. Enough time passes between trips thst I venture back . Not sure why they have such difficulty getting simple orders correct. Will stop going to this location going forth. Poor training and management.

Twice have come here recently. We are very happy with the cleanliness of the restaurant. And the staff both days have been great. Even when they were short staffed last week, they did everything possible to serve everyone quickly and efficiently.
