Unfortunately, the food quality isn't as consistent at this location compared to other Scramblers. The server brought me black toast. Everyone at the table spoke at the same time pointing it out. I requested new toast and was brought back slightly less black toast (this time with the burnt side hidden). When the server asked about my meal, I mentioned that my toast was still burnt. She simply said "sorry" as it remained uneaten on my plate. I realize it is just the side dish but still frustrating as it is a paid portion of my meal. We have experienced burnt pancakes at this location on occasion as well.

Nice quiet place for a great morning breakfast or meet-up with family and friends. Coffee is good, and they serve nice sized meals. Also, small meals as well. That is the Big Country breakfast meal.

Best breakfast food around. Waitress was great and the place was clean.

I want to start by saying my husband loved his meal and it was prepared perfectly. My meal was not edible. I ordered the French toast, it had such a small amount of batter in it and it was tough as shoe leather. I tried to eat it but could not. I tried to get the waitresses’ attention but she was too busy in a conversation with a customer that seemed like a friend. I couldn’t hear what they were saying because it was in Spanish. I finally flagged down another server and she got the manager. She had it remade so I finally got my breakfast after my husband was done and they took my fork. So my husband gave me his. The manager commented that the waitress likes to talk. She talked to this man the entire time in a very loud voice. I was very disappointed. If I go back I will make sure we don’t sit in her section. My French toast was much better the second time btw but by that point I was kind of over it.

The food was subpar but the service was nice. Someone in my party had gotten the eggs Benedict and it wasn't great.

Wanted pancakes and corned beef hash this morning. This spot used to be really good. My first warning sign was the "closed" sign was still in the window, but there were many people inside - about 20 or so. I walked in and there was no hostess. Waited more than 5 minutes. As I was about to leave, the young lady came to the front. I was seated. It was another 5-7 minutes before she came back. Apparently she's the only one working as a server and hostess. I did tell her that the sign said "closed" and she just laughed. I ordered pancake and corned beef hash. When the food finally came out almost 15 minutes later, it was regular hash with cheese and a pancake. The pancake was cold. The butter wouldn't even melt. I just cancelled my order. Is there new ownership here?? I've never had this experience at this location. I will not be returning.

The first time I had the eggs with cheese and cream cheese, Wisconsin , I believe. It was delicious.Today (10-12-2023) was my second time visiting. Our server was great, the place was fairly busy (9:00a.m.) and she handled everything quite well, she was working by herself. Finally, 9:20 or so more staff arrived on the floor. I had the mini Uncle Moose skillet, I think that was the name. Did not enjoy at all . Ditch those square potatoes! Overcooked. The potatoes were topped with bacon, sausage, ham and cheese. Egg on top. Egg was overcooked as well. Not good at all. Perhaps a bad day in the kitchen. I will try Scramblers again.

I hate reviewing chain restaurants, and I’ve dismissed this place for decades because of that… but this place is different. For years, I’ve been missing out on one of the best breakfast/lunch restaurants in Northwest Franklin County (Powell, Dublin). This little known sit is not crowded, the service is excellent, and the food is fresh, hot, and high quality. Be aware, the Sourdough Toast has some Rye in it, so if you don’t like rye, order something else.

Breakfast and lunch only. Closes 2:30 to 3:00 pm. Food is good. Prices are reasonable. Service is good. Pleasant family atmosphere. Used to be able to customize fruit cup but no longer. Explanation given that they are now pre-assembled. Can sometimes order strawberries and bananas as substitute though.
