Don’t go here!! Placed an online order pulled up to the window their computer systems were down. I pull up to the window they refused to look at my phone showing it was paid for and what the order was. I couldn’t sit around and wait forever. I had to leave… $9 wasted. I called the store she tells me she was walking out as I was pulling out…. Wendy’s you got me… but I am done with the for good.

I went to the Powell Rd location and I was sincerely impressed with the quality of service and the food. Not only did my food come out hot and fresh but the manager (I believe his name was JW) was so nice and accommodating when I had issues with my app and rewards. Will definitely be back whenever I need my spicy nugget fix!

Not the best experience using the app at this location. Claimed they didn't have my order, so I decided to go inside instead of pulling around and waiting in a long line again. So I opted to go inside to inquire about it. I tell them that I got charged and I was prepared to prove I had ordered. Then all of a sudden I have an order. Food was luke warm at best.

Do not expect to get what you actually order. Not one of the sandwiches we ordered was correct. For how expensive Wendy's is you would expect them to actually get you what you order.
I will never go to this location again,my wife ordered a chicken sandwich it was cold they tried to remedy the problem by microwaving the entire sandwich then when she didn’t want that she ask for her money back and was refused the manager cursed at her and was very unprofessional!!! I will be reaching out the his manager and corporate!!!

I was out this morning with my friend on a trip to get some breakfast potatoes, and we saw Pat the manager ran outside in the frigid cold Ohio weather to tear down a sign that was throwing costumers off. She wasn't wearing much so she must have been absolutely frozen to the core, and borderline got frostbite to help the business. She deserved a raise. We were very appreciative of Pat and will be coming back again.

I went there on Tuesday and I had the best customer service. The manager, he’s a new one, I believe his name was Patrick,was very friendly and polite. I loved how he was helping the older couple in front of me. The food was on point. I will definitely be back.
