AMAZING custard and we were helped by the two nicest workers on 3/24 who stayed open late just to help us out. 10/10 for customer service and just overall kindness. Thank you guys so much we will definitely be back .

This Whit's is isn't exactly a place you want to hang out and eat there, but that's mostly due to it being on the far end of the shopping center, near busy traffic with little outdoor space to hang out.Otherwise, the custard is always tasty here and the service is fast. It's rare to encounter a line here, though I'm sure there are some peak times to avoid. The selection is good.Parking: It's not hard to find parking, but be careful entering the side lit in front of Whit's. If you're coming from over by Giant Eagle, especially, you have to cross traffic entering and leaving the shopping center. Cars are typically moving too fast and not watching out. They can also back up blocking the way, waiting for that light.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, lots of room inside for the kids to be kids without feeling like you're standing on top of another group while in line.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible lot and entry, but be aware of the traffic in this area. It moves fast and there are blind spots.

I love whit's frozen custard. This is my first time trying the powell location. The menu is quite different for this location, but the ice creams tasted really good.

Nestled in the heart of town, Whit's Frozen Custard was a haven for dessert enthusiasts seeking a taste of perfection. Connor, a skilled artisan with an unwavering passion for crafting frozen delights, took pride in his role as the maestro of flavor. One fateful summer evening, I found myself drawn to the alluring aroma wafting from Whit's. Intrigued, I stepped inside and was greeted by Connor's warm smile. Little did I know that this encounter would lead to a transcendent banana split experience.Connor, the unsung hero behind the counter, orchestrated a symphony of flavors with finesse. As I marveled at the pristine cleanliness of the establishment, Connor embarked on his culinary journey to create the world's best banana split. He began by carefully selecting ripe bananas, skillfully slicing them to ensure the perfect balance of sweetness. The foundation laid, he moved on to Whit's signature frozen custard – a velvety masterpiece that embraced my taste buds in a blissful dance of creaminess. What set Connor apart was his meticulous attention to detail. Each scoop of custard was placed with precision, forming a harmonious medley of vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. The chocolate sauce, a decadent drizzle, adorned the custard like liquid silk, while the strawberries, fresh and succulent, added a burst of natural sweetness. The pièce de résistance was the crown of whipped cream, generously dolloped atop the creation. Sprinkled with finely chopped nuts and crowned with a maraschino cherry, it was a sight to behold – a banana split fit for royalty.Connor's dedication to his craft extended beyond the visual appeal. With a knowing nod, he handed over the masterpiece, inviting me to savor the symphony of flavors. Each spoonful was a revelation, an exquisite blend of textures and tastes that transported me to dessert nirvana. The ambiance at Whit's Frozen Custard, paired with Connor's unparalleled skill, elevated the banana split experience to a level of indulgence I had never imagined. It wasn't merely dessert; it was a five-star performance, a culinary masterpiece deserving of accolades. As I left Whit's that evening, I couldn't help but reflect on the magic that Connor had conjured with a simple banana split. His commitment to perfection had created a dessert experience that transcended the ordinary, leaving an indelible mark on my taste buds and earning Whit's Frozen Custard a well-deserved spot among the elite in the world of frozen delights. Connor, you are truly the custodian of flavor, and your banana split is nothing short of a symphony for the senses. Five stars, without a doubt.

Connor very respectfully took and made the orders of me and five of my friends. Out of everything there, the banana split has to be the best. The custard in combination with the banana was to die for. I highly recommend getting it the next time you come.

I stopped going to Graeters after having Whit's. Good variety of flavors in the freezer pints, always rotating which flavors are available. And the fresh daily batches are excellent!

I had a busy day & wanted to end it with a cone from Whit's but was disappointed by the quality of the product. I purchased a single dip vanilla cone & it was a single dip that was running all over the place & when I said something to the worker she acted like she had no idea she handed me a hot mess. Usually service & product is good there but today was a total mess that I had to throw away as it was too soft to eat.
