Went to location today to order a banana split for the kids and told couldn't have one because bananas not ripe. Wouldn't you just send someone to the store to get some bananas that are ready? Just seemed very weird.

The food was delicious and the service was beyond excellent. I wish I had gotten the ladies name working the drive-thru. I feel Proctoville Dairy Queen has fixed their problems that they have been having!!! Thanks for a great experience!

Friendly people and drive thru speaker is very hard to hear , it’s not their fault but it makes ordering a little difficult, and I have very good hearing. Food is awesome , I love the pretzel sticks!

Reviewing this particular establishment because I want to personally mention an Employee by the name of Madison. While waiting on our food she showed my granddaughter a tremendous amount of respect. Engaged in conversation while at times having to wait on other customers. Would definitely make a return trip.

Employees left us at drive threw over 20 said batteries was dead then turned it on and blended icecream very rude slow not very bright people cant count money they care more to smoke there cigarettes then helping customers will not return staff and management stupid
Very poor service. To slow to be a reasonable food option.

This location is literally the WORST.It doesn’t matter what time of day you go… the food will be cold… Their dipped ice cream tastes like wax and they NEVER get my order right.

We just stopped in to get a DQ birthday cake.. but an employee stepped up to us at the coolers and was very very friendly and helpful and the girl at the register was also very friendly and helpful too!! Grateful!!
